  1. I am looking purchasing a new driver. Here are the numbers of the 2 drivers I have: Callaway FT-5 9.5* Diamana Blue x-Stiff 73g (ball speed) 152mph (launch angle) 12.1* (spin)2850rpm (carry distance) 248-251yrds (total distance) 267-273yards Titleist 909 D2 9.5* Diamana blue by titleist x-stiff 65g (ball speed) 161mph (launch angle) 11.6* (spin)2970rpm (carry distance) 258-264yrds (total distance) 276-282yards My swing speed has dropped to about 107mph, so I am think I need to drop to a stiff! I just feel I almost have to over swing with these shafts! right now my accuracy is suffering off the tee, possibly cause of the shaft stiffness! (maybe???) My swing is pretty consistent, looking for maybe to get some added yards as well as accuracy! Looking for some ideas to lower my spin rate, or whatever would help improve my game off the Tee. I really like the feel of a heavier shaft (I would still use a steel shaft if I didn't lose the distance). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jake
  2. MichaelJames, is pretty close when he said it feels more Hollow..... I like to have feed back, and with my new driver I don't have it like the demo gave me.
  3. I bought it from TGW.com I have hit it at the same place as the demo. The demo isn't for sale! The only reason I bought it from TGW.com rather then the place I demoed it from was because they didn't have any new models of the same specs of the demo!
  4. Okay, I went and demoed Titleist Drivers this weekend and found one that I absolutely love! So I bought the EXACT same thing! Titleist 909 D2 9.5* X-stiff Diamana made for Titleist Shaft! Well The driver came in today and I went to go hit it, feel absolutley nothing like the demo. So I am thinking maybe I am just swinging bad. (I am a little over a 1 handicap so it couldnt be me could it) Anyways I go to the pro shop and ask to hit the Demo and BAM.... It feels amazing, back to my driver ..... terrible! How could this be, I am pretty upset! Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Jake
  5. Thanks for the reply, the problem with the voodoo compared with the Diamana is that it was 10-15 yard shorter in distance. That is why I am almost ruling out the VooDoo! I have a 909 f2 3wood with the Diamana X-stiff! Do you think if I went with X-stiff it would lower it a little?
  6. Ok, I have a question for all the golf equipment gurus! I have decide this is the driver I want due to how it feels when I hit it, but here is my question! I took out 3 Demos to the course: 9.5* Diamana 65gram stiff 9.5* Voodoo by Tileist 909D3 9.5* Diamana 65gram stiff I absolutely love the D2 with the Diamana 65gram stiff, but it goes just a tad to high. Launch angle was right about 11.7-12.1* I would like to lower it about 1-1.5*, but how should I do it? Go with an 8.5* rather then the 9.5*..... if so would that make me loose forgiveness? Or should I look at getting a different shaft? Any Help is greatly appreciated, Jake
  7. What bugs are you talking about? Not sure if I have noticed any, butI have a had a few problems with mine and would like to know why! Could be the Bugs.... lol
  8. I use the BB tour with golf Logix, I have unlimited date use. I will say that it drains the battery something fierce, and it also take a little but for it to update yardage! But other then That I am com[completely happy with it! If you go to Golflogix.com and call customer service they can tell you, I have spoke with them already and they seem they are wiling to do what ever to make you happy! Hope this helps!
  9. I played in league the other night and I was on fire... except with my putter! Hit 8-9 Greens, longest putt i had for birdie was 12ft and I only made one birdie! Pretty Sad!
