  1. SC Studio Newport 2.5 33" Rod
  2. I live in Chandler,AZ and the Golf Galaxy they are closing has a Ralph Maltby repair shop inside. That's too bad they know how to repair. And about the PGA Tour Superstore in Chandler, I don't know how much longer they will be open. Titleist took ALL their stuff out of the store because PGA Superstore owed them money and sold ProV1's below Titleist price. Can you imagine a PGA store not selling the number one ball in golf!! Go figure. Rod
  3. You are right. Got my designers mixed up. Rod
  4. With a 14 handicap and so proficient from 80 yards in you must be all over the place off the tee, or putt real poor.
  5. I hate courses that penalize you for hitting a good drive by putting a bunker in the middle of the landing area on a dogleg. I don't care much for Robert Trent Jones railroad ties in the traps either. Rod
  6. I use anything to get it in the hole. I only use my lob wedge to go over or out of something. It is too easy to chunk a lob wedge on what should be a chip shot. I agree with others who say roll the ball to the hole, your odds are better that it will make it to the hole. The old saying " Never up never in" is in play. Rod
  7. I played yesterday at Southern Dunes Golf Club south of Phoenix, AZ The course has hundreds of sand traps ( I hit about half of them) and tight greens. I shot a 79 and the temp was 106. Not bad. Rod
  8. You can go to Lowe's and buy two 4' fiberglass rods for about 6 bucks, then at the practice range lay them down paralell to each other aimed where you want to hit the ball. Practice, practice, practice!!! Rod
