Never played Rivertowne, but playes Stono Ferry this past Thursday. I highly recommend it. Great shape and fun to play. Some very scenic holes along the river on the back nine. Friendly staff.

I shot an 81 yesterday at Sanctuary Cove in Waverly, Ga. Now that I am 65 I am not too proud to play from the senior tees. Makes a lot of difference. Handicap has gone from 15 to 11.8 in the past 6 months from playing the ups.

Last week at the PGA Superstore in Atlanta, I purchased a Heavy Putter (mid-weight) and got a Heavy Wedge (52) free. Played a couple rounds...I like the putter although am still trying to get comfortable with it..Jury still out on the wedge. -
I am a retired Environmental Engineer...Playing alot more but not playing any better.
