so last night this was my dream haha

we went to tiger woods house which crazily was right down the street from me??? we went over there and he gave us the grand tour and he took us to his guest room which had the one wall fall out to expose a golf driving range which was pretty neat you just hit from your room, we asked him to tee one up which he shanked the ball like 100 yards out to the right and then it came screaming back across the sky and landed like 5 inches from the flag lol he just laughed and said yea i like to do that to ppl so their first reaction is my god he just sliced it then BAM!!! back to the hole haha then he took us and showed us his awesome bathroom where the water fell from the ceiling super slow we thought it was a lighting effect until he told us he makes more money than god and that he had the money to get nasa to bend the rules of gravity in his bathroom which then we started to pick up the water and form it into balls and throw it at each other, then he showed us his cologne cabinet for some odd reason he had like thousands of bottles of cologne and then we went into his underground golf course, basically the town of Emmitsburg, MD was hollowed out under neath so that he could build a golf course to practice on. there was 2 guys playing golf and we asked who that was and he said o those are my roommates andre the giant and jake the snake from the old school wwf so we then left and came back to our house and talked about how awesome it was and that was about it. then i woke up

    • Day 137 - Upper back was tight today so I did some more pitching work. Really working on letting the club fall instead of forcing it.
    • Day 39: Same thing as previous post, with a 5-iron for about 15 minutes. Feel pretty good about progress so far, so spent another 20+ minutes working on short game shots, which I have been really struggling with on course lately.
    • Day 316: mirror work for a while. Working on getting my hips more open and my hands down faster in the downswing.
    • My short game is no longer a dumpster fire. It’s bordering on being the best part of my game at this point. I still need to stay out of the bunkers but I’m starting to hit shots to makeable distances (if only I could putt). I’ve pretty much gotten the three releases down. My feels for the releases: Drive the handle forward. I haven’t used this one too much lately. Left hand pulls the club. This is my standard motion. Right hand pushes the club. I use this occasionally for flop shots. I’m still in the process of learning how the ball reacts on the green with different shots so there’s plenty of room for improvement. The contact is clean so I’ll be able to dial it in with experience. The most important thing is to slow my tempo down. Way down. I need to bring the club back slowly so that momentum doesn’t put the clubhead in weird places. Not trying to create lag around the greens. Full swing has kind of fallen off but I haven’t practiced much lately. I’ll probably try to get some time in before the Ohio outing.
    • Day 146: 5/21/24 Putting through gates for distance control and chipping practice indoors.
