  1. I havent' used GBN yet but I'll check them out. In regards to lostgolfballs.com, I have used them multiple times and they almost always have free shipping on orders $75 and up so, I just buy at least $75 worth of balls from them.
  2. I teach severely emotionally and behaviorally disabled 3rd - 6th graders at an alternative school placement in North Carolina. If you like to flip over desks, try to fight everyone including teachers and other staff members, cuss alot, and are used to bullying everyone you know, there is a good chance that I'll be your teacher. I am the first adult person some of these kids have ever met that will tell them no and then proceed to back it up. There's never a dull moment. Recently, one of my kids thought he was going to punk me down and that I was going to get scared when he told me that he was going to "kick my motherf'ng ass". I told him to get to kicking it then and he started stamping his feet like a little 3 year old. I play golf to relieve stress.
  3. I'll go along with the one size fits all part of your statement but the literature and warnings/disclaimers that come with P90x beg and plead with "out of shape" people to do something else to get in a little better shape before starting it. It will get you in excellent shape but you are warned up front that it might not be the best starting point for someone just getting into or back into strenuous exercise. My thought would be that these people would benefit from less extreme workouts first before diving into this.
  4. @Erik and Dave It is getting better. In the most recent video I just sent last Friday, I am not moving "right" anymore but, I am still moving "up". However, I was hitting the prettiest little draw. You guys would have loved the ballflight.
  5. Can I be in the section titled "How NOT to side tilt correctly"?
  6. P90x will work best if you do stick with all of it. A few days here, a few days there won't give you the full benefit of how the program is designed. In fact, if you are skipping the Yoga day and the Stretch (Rest day), you may be missing what to me has ultimately been the most beneficial for getting really, really fit.
  7. We have tried the Insanity workouts too. They are however, a little too high impact for me. They may not be for you but, I began to ache in my joints. My wife just recently purchased the "Turbo Fire" DVDs and they are high intensity, low impact. Don't get me wrong, Insanity is great...just not for me.
  8. Another month and my wife and I will have been doing p90x for three years. I am in 10x better shape at 48 than I was at 28. I have never been this fit and flexible in my life.
