  2. Genetics and your body type (endo,meso, ecto) will greatly affect how your abs will show. To get great ab definition, you have to have a strict cutting diet to achieve a lean percent of body fat. If you check out bodybuilders in the offseason, they are often high in body fat % in their bulking stages. When comes to on season, they start eating a strict clean diet to shave off the fat
  3. Doing the same 30 push ups a day will not be beneficial in the long run. Your body will get used it to it over time. Programs like p90 and the typical bodybuilding routines revolve around muscle confusion. Upping your volume will induce growth. If you do insist on relying on push ups, try different types ie diamond, wide, decline and etc
  4. 1. Play at least 100 rounds 2. Reduce index 3. Offline practice 4. HAVE FUN
  5. I was fortunate to stumbled upon this forum quite recently. I been playing the game for couple years now so I am looking forward to improving it here.
