  1. PJ, I think its a 3-pw or 4-aw or gap wedge combo. When I bought my X-20's I went with the 4-aw. The gap wedge is 50 degrees of loft. If you hit a 3 iron solid then go with the 3-pw combo then you can get a gap and sand wedge down the road. I find the pitching wedge and gap wedge a little big for shots around the green. I prefer forged wedges. I'm gonna pick up a 3 hybrid later on in the year.
  2. PJ, I was shooting low 90's too. I was using old irons that were inconsistent. I finally had enough money to purchase a new set of irons. I had hit several demo irons at the range from titleist to cleveland to mizuno to ping, etc. If it was a game improvement iron I tried it. Stuart is right, definetly get fitted, it'll help your game doesn't matter what brand you buy and probably will be free include in with your purchase. The brand you select is totally up to you. Hit ever iron you can. Don't be rushed into your decision. I not being bias but I recently purchased X-20 irons with uniflex shafts. They are awesome. In the last month I posted scores of 81, 82, 83 with 7-8 GIR's to go with those scores. Again, I'm not trying to persuade you into buying Callaway I'm just telling you my experience with them. The other irons you have posted are great irons as well. Good luck in your search.
  3. I'm personally not a big fan. How many people win with one on tour? Not too many. What did David Feherty say you can only use a belly putter if you have a belly. If a pro won a major with one would people question his ability. Probably. Yeah ban em
  4. Judging by your swing speed regular flex should be fine. Try hitting a 10.5 degree driver. I use to hit a Callaway 9.0 degree driver with a low trajectory. I was so inconsistant, low snap hooks, i hated it. I'm now hitting a 10.5 degree driver and the results were great. A medium to high trajectory with a little draw. Try it see what happens
  5. I have a ogio grom bag, I like it and got it for a pretty good price too. Sun Mountain have good bags too.
  6. Beantrac, if you didn't like the bulkiness of the big bertha's try the X-20's. Long, straight and forgiving will give you confidence at address. I recently bought them, they're awesome definetly hitting more GIR's. You said you were once a 5 handicap. So you obviously know how to hit the ball. Maybe try Mizuno MP 32 or 60, they have a thinner top line but are sweet clubs. If I was single digit handicapper they'd be in my bag.
  7. You are definetly experienced enough to hit the X-20's. I recently bought them, these irons can help anyone shave strokes off there game. I just shot in the low 80's 4 times in the last two weeks and I'm realizing these irons have alot to do with low scores. Golf Digest rated them the best game improvement iron out there. Make sure you get fitted and I guarantee you'll love them.
