  1. hmm, thanks. i better stick to the Burner TP's than. thanks.
  2. how would compare the feel of the Blacks to the Tours? i like the softness of the Burner TPs more than the Blacks. also, where do you see the Blacks for $30? all i see in AAAAA quality is the TM XD Tour for $29.
  3. how do you compare the spin of the NXT Tour to the TP Reds? i still have a doz left of the Reds and like them, but i personally prefer the blacks as i like more spin. the Reds do not spin as much as i would like. in fact i get more spin from the Burner TP LDP than the Reds, or its reeeeeal close. i would prefer to not get less spin than the Reds. but i may still bite on that $25 deal. sounds like its not worth it for the 2008 model?
  4. i have never hit the NXT ot NXT tours. yall are right though, at $25 for 50 that is awesome. tell me more about the ball? i really like the TM Burner TP LDP and Pro V1 392. how is the spin with the Tours? edit: and how much better a ball is the 2008 NXT Tour? i see they sell that 50 bucket for $30. only $5 more...better balls?
  5. what are some good vids or tips on how to learn to hit down on the ball? i sweep and break my wrists for a real high short ball flight. thanks
  6. a great quality wedge is what you can expect. i game 2 8620 wedges. love em.
  7. i will this upcoming summer i think. i literally had the crosslines put on Thurs.(i do not have a vice and pay to have clubs regripped). living in the south, especially this past summer, any grip you chose would be tested to the max on "tac" ill buy a set for next summer and try them out when i would actually need them most. the rest of this season and early on next year, i think my crosslines will be just fine, but will def try them next season. and yes you should be payed. :)
  8. i searched for itomics and found like every post made by you enis.... that is no offense to be taken, i just love researching these type things. i wish we had a golfsmith near me with these in stock. i want to try those white itomics out. i just regripped all my MX-200s with black/white crosslines (my personal grip of 6 years). i travel a lot for work and the two golfsmith i see on a regular basis (Memphis and Atl) dont cary the itomics in store. i did order a white itomic wrap from Tacki mac and put it on my nike pro combo 5 iron and like it ok. not great. i am glad to hear you found a way to clean these. i have a lamkin performace plus 3gen on my driver and its sort of off white anyway, but i need a good way to clean these. i love the look of white grips on irons, and want to try the reduced taper of the itomics. i need to get 1 to try first. what specific brake cleaner did you try? thanks for the advice.
  9. Mizuno T.P. Mills Workshop IV
  10. i had always been looking for the perfect putter and i really wanted a T.P. Mills...well, i couldnt afford a new one, and had a great opportunity on something close to a "real" Mills...i bought a Mizuno T.P.Mills Workshop IV and it is fanfreakintastic. its more og a mallet style, but man, are those close misses a thing of the past. and distance control has improved tremedously. i am a 88-93 golfer and one of my biggest problems was when hitting my approach from 100yards or further out...i was always on the green, but as far away from the flag while still on the green away....so my first putt too many times still left me with a killer 10'-15' footer... now my lag putting is amazing and i am on my 5th consecutive "no 3 putt" rounds...
  11. yeah but the refurb balls def had new covers on them...they werent just lake found balls. those balls always have yellowing to them, or scuffs or something to let you known its been gamed before. they refurb balls look brand spankin new, completely untouched
  12. what about the "refurbished" proVs. Target has em for $20/doz......but they have "refurnbished" on them and look just that, refurb...o yellowing most used ones seem to get

    Sunglasses

help please! i went to the mall today to find "the ones" i wanted to buy. obviously i am looking for a pair that i can wear anywhere but that are great for the golf course as well....so i need good lens coverage. after trying on waaaaay too many pair here is where i am at....all 3 pairs are polarized and each can be had for under $150....so i now have to figure out which is my fav. is there a site on line that has reviews of glasses? or are their too many kinds to oraganize that type thing? its gonna be one of these three: maui jim hookipa maui jim makaha www.mauijim.com/mjweb/public/images/lores/sngl/LQG405-02.jpg bolle kickbacks the difference in the Makaha and the Hookipa is the size of the lens. they look very similar, but the Hookipa would give more coverage. i normally hate big lens'd glasses, but i am looking for ones i can wear playing golf too, so the better coverage (meaning fewer distractions from frames to normal light, the better)
