  1. I have had a great experience with Iomic putter grips, both the oversized and the midsized. I got mine off e-bay from a very trustworthy store. I can get you the info if you would like. Great grips and easily worth a few extra dollars.
  2. Just pre-ordered a 910 D3 9.5* w/ RIP shaft (S, 70grams). Anyone else excited about this release? Has anyone demoed this already or have some insight?
  3. Anyone know when Taylormade is releasing the remainder of the Ghost putter line?
  4. Has anyone purchased anything from budgetgolf.net? Any information would be very helpful. Thanks.
  5. E-Bay brother! Got my for $18 including shipping.
  6. Just got an oversized iomic putter grip today. All white. Feels great so far.
  7. I have been eying the same grip. Let me know how it works out.
  8. The Tacki-Mac Itomic grips do not look like anything GP makes. Any specific feed back on these?
  9. Anyone play these or heard positive/negatives?
  10. Just an FYI in case you didnt know already. Entourage is based on Mark Walburg and his crew. He writes and produces the show. This is common knowledge at this point but for the guy who asked if "Turtle" and Walburg are friends this should answer your question.
  11. Just my opinion, but I think playing harder courses will always make your scores better (in the long run). The numbers on that course seem really easy, not to take away from your score, but you would tear that place up if you played some tougher tracks.
  12. How in the world can anyone but you answer that question?!?
  13. I always have my tunes on when I practice, and I practice a few times a week. I keep my iPhone in my back pocket and run the headphones under my shirt through the back and the wear them backwards. This way they are 100% out of the way. I am lucky to have a great short game practice area and never really hit shots at the range. I can hit up to 140 yard shots in this short game area so I relly on my feel more than the sound. Listening to tunes actually helps keep me focused and when I am on the course and hear little sounds here and there I never get distracted anymore. Also, if I am having a bad day on the course, I can think of a good song I usually have in a play list and it helps to put me in a more relaxed frame of mind and hit easy shots. Listening to music while I play is one of the best things I have done for my game in the past year and the results are clear as I have gone from a 12 to a 7 this summer.

    Yoga

I read a few articles about major college sports programs in various physical sports who did yoga. Heard the benefits were unreal. I would argue that the mental aspect of things are more beneficial than the physical ones. True meditation and reaching that "zone" is a really powerful thing. Good luck.
  15. Your understanding of bounce, as stated in your first post, is the "dumbed" down version. If you understand those basics of bounce what more do you need to know and why? If you really want a detailed analysis type "wedge bounce" in your google search field and do some reading. If you can hit good wedge shots from various lies then who cares what bounce means.
