  1. Thanks just read that. Ok so I want a 52 degree, RUST wedge.. And advice on what to get?? Thanks
  2. I am in the market for a new 52 degree wedge.. I am so confused on what to get.. I am looking for one that will create the most spin, I went to my local pro shop and they have a new 588 clev. 52 degree wedge, it says on the shaft, that this club is designed to rust.. Why do you want it to rust? Whats the whole point to a rusting head of a club? The pro there said he doesn't believe in them at all, and rather get a 52 degree Callaway chrome wedge. I think I really want the Volkey 52 degree wedge, but which one? I use it from 100-20 yards, so I am really confused on which one to get.. Also what about the volkey, do they rust?
  3. I am shocked with this post.. First off someone said a wimpy 220-230 yard drive.. Wimpy?? Is that a joke? And the 15 year old driving 275 yards?? Anyway, I learned early in this game that golf clubs will give you more confidence than anything, unless you are shooting a 5-10 handicap you will learn more from lessons and practice than any single club out there
  4. Hey guys, new here. Basically I have been using that cheater wedge the "rip stop" 52 degree's. I love this club with a pasion, its by far my favorite club in my bag, I hit dead on with it from 30 yard-100 yards out. Believe it or not I don't even it, the way it should be to create crazy backspin, the problem with it, its eating my balls like crazy, totally destroying them, and I started to use pro-v1's so I am sure you can all understand why I want to get rid of it. Also its illegal. Here is my problem, I honestly feel I hit it so great because its light, the head of the club feels like a feather weight compared to many common wedges.. I would like something with great groves and some what light weight. I kinda like the cg 12, but heard they are not all that great. So what are some good options, for a 52 degree or 23 degree wedge? And whats the difference between high bounce and normal bounce? And lastly I heard allot of people like to rust up the face on the club to add more spin to it, basically by dipping the head of the club in salt water and then letting it dry every day till it forms rust on it.. Crazy idea? Thanks guys!
