  2. I work at a dicks sporting goods and I have hit a good amount of the clubs there while trying to make my decision on which driver to buy. My personal non driver favorite is BY FAR the rocketballz 3 wood. The thing is a beast. The rocketballz driver in my opinion is nothing to write home about and neither is the R11s. I just picked up the R11 yesterday for 200 (150 after a trade in). It is a little different to hit but I amm sure once I get used to it I will love it. I havn't hit the Razr fit yet but the new cobras are also pretty good.
  3. I bought the AP!'s this year for myself. And i have to say I could not be more pleased with them. I have only been out a couple of times but they really hit and feel well. I did have titleist 804 os before so that may be why I am a bit biased towards the titleists, but i did hit a bunch of other irons and the AP1's were above the rest.
  4. my club speed is 105+ so I am "supposed to be" in a stiff flex
  5. Anybody have any good places to get discounted apparel?
  6. I started playing for the first time in 2 years with new clubs (AP1's) and no driver. My first round was a 106 and my 2nd was a 98. I have since bought the R11 driver and hoping to break 95 next time!
  7. I picked up the R11 yesterday in a stiff flex stock blue 60 shaft. I have a PL blue 55 shaft as well that I am thinking about having installed in the R11. I had a lot of trouble hitting the R11 at the range yesterday compared to my old R7 cgb max driver. I realize that it takes a few times out to learn how to hit a new club but I was just wondering if maybe the change in shaft would help with my problem. The ball will not really get off the ground unless I really really get into the swing as hard as i can compared to my old R7 i never had to do that
