  1. I see why you said that, my work in progress looks pretty gross, I wouldnt ever bring that to a course at this point. The only thing I started today was standing way further away from the ball.. Thanks for the foot advice I will employ that ASAP.
  2. I have been working on five keys principles to see how I do, this was me after my round today, felt like I was hitting down too much on the driver. As iacas suggested I stepped back from the ball and got weight on my toes. That helped a lot.
  3. Cool, well I am no expert, and you guys have the data, so it sound like their are no outliers on the tour that have too much lateral or head movement. They are at least relatively still with their head and lateral movement. I cant tell from watching video. Thanks for the help. I know flrppers won't last to long on tour, or playerwith poor clubface awareness.
  4. good job, an underrated reward of golf. The repair is preceded by a long walk with a putter.
  5. I have seen, and rolled with gsp in person, he is like a giant cat, but very small when next to the pro middleweights.. Strong and explosive and can take anyone down in the context of MMA, but A. Silva is a savage. I have a feeling that he is gonna hurt chael real bad,
  6. Thanks for all the help.
  7. not sure what happened to the range shot, I can repost if someone wants to see it.
  8. Wow that is good advice, and why I came here, I was thinking the most complicated causes, and you came through with a simple setup problem. Good eye, and thanks for the advice.
  9. I think maybe your body doesnt rotateall the way through impact, and that may cause a pull.
  10. That was my exact workoutonight, with k-bell swings as a finisher. good call
  11. Is Charles Howell 111 a model for what you guys like to see?
  12. Oddly enough, thats what my ball flight amounts to, I try to do one thing the same as you. That is lifting the handle and not letting the shaft pass the left arm until well into the follow through. For some reason this changes with the driver, and I hit a push with no draw. I aim at the left rough to hit to the middle of the fairway, like Trevino, and it has become my most consistant club everytime I set up right. Do you hit it low or high? Are the five keys part of your product, or do you discuss them in public?
  13. absolutely. do it, powerlifting and olympic lifting is much more about teachig the neurons and muscles to fire quickly and efficiently. Juat don't let your time under tension get to high, or your muscles will hypertrophy.
  14. this is one from the range, no divot, but a shot at least. I have worked greatlty on my tempo since this shot, but I think impact is the same.
  15. ok thanks, I have an older one, I will post right now
  16. I have been hitting the ball really well this year, but today, after some bad shots, I felt like maybe i was wa scoming too much from the inside, but I cant really see it in this video from when i got home.
  17. I try to play as strictly as posslble, but sometimes duing a practice round I find myself just bending rules to suit what I am working on, like rolling a ball out of a divot so I can see how well I an really hitting my 5 iron. The other one, I usually dont have the luxury of hitting balls first, if I dont, I allow a mulligan on the first tee.
  18. Does Chad Campbell know someone stole his swing, what are your distances and ball flight like? Did you work on the Jim Hardy principles when ou built that?
  19. I think your body stops rotating at impact, and soon after you hit the ball you roll the club, I think with a more body driven swing, your body would work more through and after impact for more power.
  20. Agree with mvmac, I would imagine you have a really low ball flight to, and maybe trouble with the driver, sorry if you told us that and I missed it. I like what you are trying to do though, with that compact swing and early wrist set. Sometimes my swing gets to leggy and I work on what you are doing.
