  1. Good find. Something like that is covered under warranty and TM is beyond good for making things right.
  2. I guess we can call this thread Safe Torqueing Demonstrated or STD then?
  3. And if you found him.....? I remember seeing golf equipment going there in bunches to the effect of they couldn't use all that was already sent. Got a feeling this is a set up to get stuff sent somewhere and they then sell it on EBAY. I could be wrong but there are avenues to go thru and a golf discussion board may not be it.
  4. Durability and Winn don't go hand in hand. If these don't hold up I am done with Winn. I think I know the answer already though. But they do work well while they........last?
  5. There's stuff all over You Tube on the TM drivers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxANBwHKdfA&feature;=related Go to 50 seconds in the video. I hate to even ask this. Are you removing the little rubber protector on the wrench before using it?
  6. Took me 3-4 months to learn how to hit my KZG ZOs(look them up). Never could hit the 4 iron well. I kept them for 12 years!! Played very well with them. Recently got some Cleveland CG16s(yeah it was quite a contrast). Hit them well from day one. Don't know what to tell you to do. If you can get a good trade maybe go for it. But I'd give them maybe a little more time.
  7. We just having fun with ya. But......work with us here :)
  8. TWIST THE DAMN THING UNTIL IT CLICKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) OMFingG! Hold your tongue in your left cheek, that is KEY!
  9. You have to.......................... hit them first? Hit them and see if there are any gaps in your yardages. Best way is ON THE COURSE not on a range or in a stupid monitor!! Then go from there. It's really that simple.
  10. Put on black ones...
  11. Til it clicks. Is there any other answer? I mean come on. Twist it until it clicks. You are done. Sheesh this isn't rocket science. I have a friend that says you have to make it click twice.....huh? Don't make it harder than it is and it isn't all that hard....
  12. Just get a 58 and be done with it. You can open it up and have a 60+. I play a 56 and wonder why anyone would need more loft than it.
  13. I didn't. I'm pretty common sensical when it comes to this kind of stuff. I started with it set neutral and hit some balls. Set it to where I thought I needed it and played. After that I went to the limits of it's settings and tried it every which way. Came back to where I originally set it. I never have messed with the weights because, well I don't have any and never seen any for sale anywhere.
  14. Definitely tighter than I would torque it down. Let's put it that way. It's about 10-15 lbs tighter than I would set it before mine clicks.
  15. You can't get off-180 degree spin without imparting side spin on the ball.
  16. When I got my KZG ZOs it took me like 3 months to get used to them. I just retired them after about 12 years with them. I recently got some Cleveland CG16s and it took me about 1.5 months to be comfortable with them. Game did not get worse though.
  17. It makes perfect sense IF you are opening the face when in the hitting zone. I didn't say EVERYONE does that. Is said IF you are opening at impact. Does that make sense now? Opening at impact causes a fade, closing causes a draw. You don't work the ball well, do you? Note: My point about the left hand was for a right-handed player.
  18. Think about it for a second. If the head is off-set(back further), it takes a fraction more time for you hit the ball. If you are opening the club head at impact and it takes you longer to impact the ball, your club will be MORE open when it hits the ball, hence the slice. Gotta stop to think about what is going on. Rotate your left hand to the right a little when you grip the club. Get back to me.
  19. Return? I'd say she's right where she's always been. Only difference is the media isn't telling you she's great now.
  20. Much more like it than the new ones are! My buddy has old 588s and they look almost identical to my 900.
  21. For me the R11s is straight. If it's 10 yards shorter, who cares. Much rather hit 160 from the fairway than 150 from the rough.
