  1. Today was a very nice day in the warm Florida sun. I shot an 84 but it really would have been about an 87 because I took a mulligan. This mulligan was taken on a hole where I put one in the drink off the tee on a beast of a par 5, this drive really screwed me over. I love the way I am putting with my new odyssey white hot #9 mallet blade it really rolls the ball smoothly and causes you to really focus on the putt that you are about to try to make.
  2. I shot 87 today. I played the blue tees at Baytree National Golf Links in Melbourne Florida. It was my first time playing with my new CG4 irons. I was hitting them with a little draw but half the time I hit them I did not figure that the ball would draw as much as it did. I am playing again tommorow.
  3. Golf and Connecticut are fine in the summer, but as soon as early december rolls around you are screwed. Ya, there might a couple of places you can hit balls but that is about all you can do. Also when you are there, you are complaining half the time about the cold and don't even focus on the shots you do hit. Anyways I am 15 years old 16 in may and cannot wait for the spring and our golf season to come back. Golf is basically my life and I wish to play as long as I live. When I graduate from high school I am hoping on attending one of the 18 accreditied universities that offers PGM (Professional Golf Management). Right now I am strongly looking at Methodist University, FSU, and Florida Gulf Coast University. Now that I am done talking about me, tell me about all the forumers I need to find some friends on this place because it looks really bad if you write and no one responds so PLEASE Austin

    Tee Height

I do not like to tee the ball up too high because then I scoop the ball with my driver and don't hit is as far.
  5. In my bag I have... Driver InSight BUL 5000 10.5 S w/ Aldila Speedline Hybrid Rescue Mid Hybrid 16m degree S Irons CG4 Irons S 3-PW Wedges 56 Degree Tom Watson Gunmetal, 60 Degree A10 Putter 34 inch Whit Hot #9 model I carry the ball about 230 with a lot of spin because of my low shot trajectory, the ball will then roll another 20 yards or so.
  6. I have played with a blade since I first picked up a golf club, but I have just recentley found out that I much prefer the mallet blade on my Odyssey Whit Hot #9 In my bag I have... Driver InSight BUL 5000 10.5 S w/ Aldila Speedline Hybrid Rescue Mid Hybrid 16m degree S Irons CG4 Irons S 3-PW Wedges 56 Degree Tom Watson Gunmetal, 60 Degree A10 Putter 34 inch Whit Hot #9 model
  7. In my bag I have... If it is not snowing, then it might be to cold to go but you never can really tell until you get there. There is a driving range a couple of minutes from my house that is open all year and has a heated tee line where you tee off from, it is nice. I go there about each weeks during the winter and try to hit at least a couple large buckets to get ready for the upcoming season.
  8. I really wear down my irons probablly more than anyother clubs, like most players, but I like them more when they are worn out it gives them a better feel. I have been playing GT X500 since last year, but yesterday I went out and bought the CG4 and I love them they have a shallow cavity back and have a really thin top line. They are sweet!
