I voted yes. I haven't been playing too long but I did throw a 5 iron about a month ago. It landed in the fairway next to the one I was playing. I'm very thankful no one was there. I will never throw another club again. Mike

In my quest for a better swing, I've heard some people talk about lag. What is lag? I've tried doing a search and had no luck. I'm new to golf and I'm having trouble understanding this. Can some one help, please? Mike

This past Sunday, I shot my personal best round of 104. I've only started playing about a year ago and had been between 125-135. The biggest difference is that I had much better control of my anger and made a conscious effort to keep my head down through the swing. Mike
