I played my home course today Greyhawk golf club ( www.greyhawkgolf.com)in LaGrange, OH today. Voted number 10 in Golf Digest's courses you can play. It was 50 degrees and very windy. I played the white tees (69.5/126) because of the wind and wetness of the course. I shot 84 with 4 double bogies, 28 putts and 4 lip outs (ouch!!!) I'm happy with that considering It's my first time out since January and the greens were pretty bumpy.

Uh OH!!! The last guy who said that fired Tiger up and beat him 9 and 8. Better get out to the range Eric.

I was curious about these shafts also. These are True Tempers answer to the frequency tuned Rifle shafts. My buddy built a set of forged Snake Eyes irons with those Rifle Shafts in them and he swears by them being frequency tuned. I thought it was all in his head but I haven't read enough about the advantages of frequency tuning yet.

I just recently switched from my Ping I3 Blades (actually cavity back) to Mizuno MP-37's and I really didn't notice that big a difference in the mis hits. The feedback and thin top line I get from the Mizuno's is what I really like about them. As far as the knockoffs are concerned, I wouldn't use them. Stick to the Big Bertha's. The quality control of the forging process, I would bet, is not the best. Not to mention the lofts and lies have been known to be off significantly on knock offs.
