  1. Oh I live the MT irons I ordered just can't find any reviews on the shafts. Just won seeing if anyone had anything good to say about them. I like the feel and the shafts. I just like to know as much as I can about my equipment.
  2. So just wanted to hear some feedback on thoughts about Cleveland's shaft offering. I did like the traction shafts but just wondering how they match up to say s300 or other stock shaft offerings.
  3. Thanks wu I got the stiff shaft. I was hitting a regular in the tt. That was along the same thing I felt with the regular shaft. The problem I ran into is they are clearing them out at my local shops. But I have a set that will be here soon in the mt. I hit the tt ok and the altitudes are just way to clunky.
  4. So I just bought the ckevlands after having the Adams ideas s speed iron set. I'm hoping I'm not biting to much off going to these clubs. I was not able to hit the mt irons bot hit the tt set at the store. I liked the look the feel and sound but they were hard to hit. The pro sad the mt set is much easier. As we all know there is some sales in this game lmao. Any feed back would be great.
  5. I'm sure I will be the only one to say it. But try the Adams line. I liked all there stuff. I ended up killing 2 birds and bought the super s irons and hybrids. But the v4 forged were real nice. I would have grabbed them but was more co distant with the super s
  6. Item is sold please remove
  7. I lofted up from 9.5 Callaway razr hawk to the ckevland classic 10.5 and will never look back. I was a Callaway guy since u started playing and man that ckevkand us awesome I Olay the 270. Try other brands too don't go in thinking the only club is a cally just my opinion.
  8. I'm looking for a bit more help. Looking for a more game improvement iron. Something Like cobra amp or ping g15 or Callaway x18r thanksfor looking. I will try and post pictures. If not send me a message and I can email them thanks
  9. i like the Cleveland classic for my game. the sweet spot is big and it cut my slice to a bit more of a fade or straight. i also have a issue of coming across the ball so if i can get a handle on that i would probably be more of a draw player. i prefer the lighter drivers with a shorter shaft also. i will give yards up all day to play from the short grass. I had the razer hawk before this club and hit it decent but missed right a lot. favorite driver all time was the r7 super quad.
  10. I would try an find one your comfortable with. I found a Rossa putter about 4 years ago and can't pull it out of the bag before that it was a cheap putter that I played forever. If there is a club I have a hard time changing its my putter. So if you really just don't like your putter ditch it or just try and spend some time with it and work on your speed. It sounds like speed is more of a issue over the putter being a issue. Just my thought
  11. I would say if you like your putter then you should work on your speed. I practice speed if my putts by setting up with 5 balls hit the first one and don't watch it or look at it. Then hit the next 4 the same way just trying to match the first one. I start long so say like 20 ft just try and hit your first ball 20 ft and don't watch or look at we're it goes then repeat with the other 5 balls then move to 15 ft and repeat so on and so on until you get to say a 5 footer
  12. I am gonna have to agree in have a 3 wood swing speed at about 107 and I hit mine about 250 260 on the screws so 300 I would li e to see it. I would say he plays with a lot of wind at his back and off a 50 ft cliff. Not saying its impossible but very unlikely.
  13. No I'm sorry I noticed after I posted my suggestions I was on your first swing post. Sorry for the confusion.
  14. Thanks shorty I appreciate your kindness. I don't plan on trying to go read more of your posts you have out up. The ones I have seen have been less then helpful. I do agree about people paying to much attention to peripheral things. So at least we agree on one thing. So with that said this is not the place to argue and debate on how right you are. About me and other players that don't match your Caliber of thinking or ability enjoy.
  15. It's not all about the decoy I just try and focus on we're my club head was and that usually works for me
  16. why are you always so cynical. i mean you just nit pick have never seen you give much feed back unless its negative jeash. if i was to say i shot par last night and was proud of it you would find a reason to put a Gray cloud over it. i would have to say your one of the worst I've ever seen on a forum. He was just stateing he was happy he was playing one of there gold award clubs.
  17. are you second guessing your purchase?
  18. now if it was just that easy to putt
  19. keep working at it and glad i could help with a good video. its crazy how much just the set up change can straighten us out lol. its all the swing right lmao. i would have never thought the set up had so much to do with the swing until i watched this video. now i just have to take the time every time to practice this setup.
  20. i have gamed both and would have to say either one is great. i ended up with the razer hawk not the fit in the end due my buddy buying the fit out from under me lol i dont blame him real nice club. but the r9 is very strong in my heart i gamed that for a couple years before moving on to the cally. the only reason i ditched the r9 was the loft i went to a 9.5 from a 10.5 i was hitting a little to high for my liking
  21. losing the ball right I'm guessing that was my problem. i still will lose it right but not near as bad as before and that is usually cause i will rush my set up and try and kill it. usually trying to out drive everyone. and always on this drivable par4 we have on my home course i drove it 2 times and since i always try and kill it there thinking if i hit it harder i will get there lol
  22. yes if you set up the same every time you will find you can grove your swing. i was one to always place my driver at the ball and not notice how much my body and arms moved forward which forces the over the top or you will swing across the ball trying to subconsciously stay behind the ball sending the ball right and high. give it a shot i have hit more fairways since i started this then ever. it will take work also remember to close your upper body a little. setting up this way will help that but just put your left shoulder a little more right of target and it will help to get you on the inside path.
  23. i would just go get fitted some shops do a free swing test. get your driver swing speed and see whats up. i have heard thet most golf retailers have a machine that you can demo on try a stiff and x stiff of a driver and see what your swing speed is and go from there most places let you demo for free
  24. I think I see that your body is set up a little open which will cause you to come over the top. try to turn your upper body a little more closed. if you look at your down the line swing you will see that your upper body is aimed left and lower is aimed left and your trying to hit it straight close up to the ball and you will come from the inside a little easier. also try not to set the driver right behind the ball. if you do that you instantly open up your upper body and will come over the top and slice.
  25. yea the music is bad but a great video. it all makes sense when you look at what you do in your set up if your having a problem with a slice or hitting the ball fat
