  1. iacas, you made the same point in two straight posts. how many shots do you have around the green during an 18? how many do you have from 230? so would you rather have a extra weapon in your bag to give you more options around the greens, where you can save shots? or have a hybrid for the 230 distance you will have once a round? i think the answer is pretty easy. ill take the 64 all day long over a silly hybrid. and i think the majority will agree.
  2. why do you care so much that you wrote a huge post about it? big deal ian got pissed off. i would get pissed too if a guy was taking pictures while i was putting.
  3. with a shot like that you need to use a gap wedge or maybe a sand wedge and close your clubface down. you dont need to open it up. and just land it on the green. that type of shot will usually have some spin on it and will check up
  4. thanks for the help i will try this hopefully it will work
  5. no i dont think of slicing it at all. i have never sliced my irons. i have always had a slight draw on my irons. now sometimes i think of not shanking it. but not a lot. i might have the clupface closed. im not sure. i just know in the past month my small accurate draw has become an inaccurate hook.
  6. shanks can happen to anyone. all that is, is your hosel is stricking the ball and not your club face. it happens to me a lot. you may be swinging harder and trying to go after it when your ball is in the rough. although most shanks i see are from tight lies. just keep yor arms close to your body and dont let them get away from you and you wont shank it.
  7. it has to be ping. ive had callaway bags as well as titleist. and the ping bags are by far the best. but that only comes from my experience with walking bags. as far as cart bags and tour bags go im not sure. although i do like callaway and taylor mades bags.
  8. i have a 36" putter. but i am 6' 4"
  9. i am pulling every iron i am hitting. my short game is saving me, but if i can dial in the irons it would really help my score. im hitting my drive straight as well as my woods and wedges. but im pulling all my irons. i usually hit a draw with my irons, but not like this. its just a wicked draw that usually ends up in a leftside bunker. what could i be doing wrong? thanks
  10. i hate to interfere with this thread, and i know what your saying about the plateau. its tough to improve. but i am trying to start a new thread and cant seem to do it. when i click on it, it says i dont have permission or something? whats wrong?
  11. if you go with fj or nike its goin to take a few rounds to break them in. your best off going with ecco. great shoes and very comfortable.
  12. i usually align mine with a line. unless ts a new titleist. they already have the line on there
