  1. Billy, I have not putted the exchange, but I use an old NC voodoo daddy center shafted and love it, The feel and sound is excellent and the quality and workmanship are outstanding. I'm sold on the company. good luck!
  2. Doug, I swing around 85 mph too. I have to say- I'm in love with the Nike One Vapor I posted this about it the other day "I have to say it is a great three piece ball, awesome distance, felt solid but not too hard, The cover is really tough, took a cart path off a high hybrid shot with only a minor scuff. The feel was really good, a few chips from 20 yard in and it stuck well. I had several 100 yds in and it seemed to spin good, Not like a well struck pro v but pretty close. It putted well, the feedback and sound is nice. I think I have found a new ball for 2009."
  3. I have never played the TP, sorry...
  4. Hey gang, I had to post about the New Nike One Vapor ball, I was in the pro shop yesterday to pick up some new eggs, I have been playing with almost every ball under $25 bucks over the last 2 years. Well, I saw these new Nike One Vapors and at $26.00 and I thought why not try them out, as it suppossed to compete with the Bridgestone 330RX at $40.00 and I swing in low 90's mph. I have to say it is a great three piece ball, awesome distance, felt solid but not too hard, The cover is really tough, took a cart path off a high hybrid shot with only a minor scuff. The feel was really good, a few chips from 20 yard in and it stuck well. I had several 100 yds in and it seemed to spin good, Not like a well struck pro v but pretty close. It putted well, the feedback and sound is nice. I think I have found a new ball for 2009. Fairways and greens to all of you.
  5. too funny
  6. I'm getting old. I'm just back to the game this year after many years away. I had my SS measured at 95 average, I'm getting 200-205 carry with a 10.5 degree driver. I've had to slow down to keep it consistent, and it is, now my handicap should plummet. I have even picked up a slight draw.
  7. As a Razorback I often wear Red and Black, My bag is Red and Black too. But it is not for the cursing, spitting, megalomanic that most people worship.
  8. Please see your doctor, It could be something medically causing this, since you mentioned weakness I'm a little concerned for you. Other than that, work on hand strengthening and stretching all of your hand ( Arthritis may be setting in also, so softer grips will help. Good Luck and may God speed your recovery.
  9. commercial insurance sales,I try to play once during the week. It helps if I can get a client to play!
  10. Just my 2 cent's, I have tried most brands and models. Most "tour" balls exaggerate my faults and it bothers me to lose of scuff a 4 dollar egg. I have found my new ball in the Top Flite D2 feel. It is a great 2 piece, performs real well and at under a buck a piece I don't mind losing one or throwing a slight scuff in my shag bag.
  11. Westin La Paloma, in Tuscon. Jack designed, awesome course. Lots of fun and was challenging but not impossible.
  12. Very Cool, Still searching for mine
