  1. sorry it took so long to get back to this but anyway, they are alot heavier than my current irons which are just some golden bear m-tours which actually hit pretty good. My driver swing speed was in the low 120's last year not sure this year but seems to be the same. I know I swing irons pretty hard too so maybe these uniflex shafts are for lower swing speeds.Even the balls I hit decent which wasnt many wouldnt carry as far as my golden bears.
  2. ya sounds like they are sacrificing some quality for a few extra yards. I dont have any of those problems yet but I just allways wondered about that
  3. I recently tried the callaway x-20s with the steel uniflex shaft and could not make good contact. I usually make good contact with my current irons but with these I kept hitting way behind the ball with every club. Anyone know what would cause this. Thanks for any info
  4. I allways hear of softball bats and stuff that go dead after alot of use. Does the same happen to these newer drivers.
  5. I used my buddies cheapo walter hagan 3ihybrid and went out the next day and bought one. I love it, and by far my favorite club. Only problem is that I seem to hit it too far. I find myself hitting it off the tee alot. I can get it out about 240 most of the time. Anyone know if there would be a big difference in the hybrid 3 to a 4
  6. Bridestone treo soft has great feel and i seem to get good distance too. I was really surprised when i hit these balls, and for about $21.00 dozen you cant beat it.
  7. I just bought a ust v2 x-stiff shaft for my cleveland hibore xl driver. Have a couple questions. First, should the new shaft be inserted at the same depth into the head as my original, and if trimmed should it b the butt end or tip? All info helpfull
  8. I think you may b scooping your irons a little, maybe try moving the ball back a little. This has helped my iron distance alot. I hit a high drive too sometimes too, but i notice it when i fall back on my heels too much
  9. I have a 2000 Pontiac Trans AM, Ws6. Allways been my fovorite car
  10. Big rig driver out of Ohio.
  11. I have had the same problem of late and I agree with 80%. I fixed my drive by taking a 75-80% practice swing, and took that swing to the ball. Almost instantly straightened out. A hard driver swing for me is around 130mph so I think some of my problem was coming from the shaft flexing even though it is a stiff flex, and partly me not being consistent in my swing. Thats something you may want to check, does your swing speed match your shaft.
