I went from Sidekick LX to G1, because a small business I ran on the side heavily depended on AIM, I was VERY dissapointed with the phone. I had non stop dropped calls, and the pgone was very buggy, and the AIM feature was TERRIBLE!!. I still have it, but, I bought an Iphone and unlocked it to use for T-Mobile. The reason I kept the G! is because the OS is open source, and I am sure that people will eventually come out with some good things for it, but until then I will use the Iphone, it is superior. The G1 is a media phone, if you need a phone for bus. or anything of taht sort, I do not recommend the G.

Upgraded from my Wilson 8802 to this fine putter, I tried just about evey Scotty style there was and for some reason the Newport 2.6 felt right. I like how the putter is weighted..Anyone else use this putter? On the course I get alot of different reviews about the putter...both good and bad.

Well, I played with the 1-iron this weekend and I have to say I really enjoyed the club! It was pretty windy at the courses I played here in houston and the 1-iron kept me out of trouble on the holes where I needed to position my first shot. Great stuff, and great buy.! And my 2-iron, well, I have always liked it. It is my approach iron on the par 5's that I play aggresive on, so I have quite a bit of confidence in it :)

Now thats what I was looking for! Im going to buy the book today, thanks alot! I put in quite a bit of Practice time on the green, but I was feeling it had something to do with my stroke..Ill see what the book is all about, thanks again. And Ill try to refrain from multiple posts haha, most other forums I post on dont allow me to edit after 30 seconds of posting so Im used to that, but the forum obviously has more editing time available :). thanks again

Flipmode, When I was in college I studied in Beijing, China, and I have seen many fake golf clubs, and most of which were wrapped in a similar bubble wrap style such as the ones in your picture. I would take Dents advice and look for serials, if there are none, do not even bother. IMO, they are most likely fake. But if I am wrong, and they are real I suggest being as proactive as possible in buying, haha

Great joke DAve, haha I'll play a good 20 or so rounds with it, and I'll give a review lol

I dont mean to bring up an old thread, but this is great. I fowarded the link to a few people in my office that simply refuse to believe that they hit wayyyy less than 300yrds. I am not a short player by any means, and when I go up to the tee and put a 2 iron out as far as their drives, there is something wrong, coz I know I am not hitting that thing anywhere near 250 for that fact. Like mentioned above this post, I think the biggest lies I have encountered are: I used to bench 300+, (the guys currently cant even put up 145, and their frame you know cant support it) I avg. a drive of 300 - 320, (ya, whatever) I shoot in the 70's (guy/gal has hit in the 70's twice in a lifetime)

Thanks again, I think Im just gonna put some more PT on the green :) Lol, whatever you say guy, that is pretty funny though. You sound like my dad haha

Thanks for that!

A while back I used to play 1-pw (Ping Eye) , sw, and a Driver. I think Im gonna go with that strategy again. Yesterday I bought a Titleist DCI (first gen) 1-iron, 16 degree. I cant wait to hit with it today! It was in great condition too, and it only cost 20 bucks! Right now My Iron Setup is, 1-2 iron (DCI Gold) , and 3- pw (DCI 962). woot! Whats everyone elses opinions on playing the 1 & 2 iron? I have always enjoyed hitting them :)
