  1. Thank you finally an opinion on the driver. What didn't you like about it?
  2. There is but at the moment I don't have the time to do the drive, I will but it'll be another month or so before I can even get the time to go get fitted. What driver did u end up with.
  3. I don't use a handicap at my club. Some of the older guys do for means night but they usually just make me one of the captains. Wirh that being said nobody's answered the question or commented if they've tried the driver out which is what this entire post was about.
  4. 1. Nobody's selling you a story for gain so what would I get out of telling a story? I'm not babysitting and your not children. Well most of you aren't. 2. Creeper much? I even stated before I threw some random stuff in here when I made this account. I expected to use it once, but it became quite useful.
  5. 300 plus yards. I want a 320 carry. I wanna be able to play with the pros and compete. I practice a lot but hitting over 300 would make me feel more confident in going to q school.
  6. I have fallen in love reading about this driver. I'm going to test it out this weekend. Has anyone had this driver? Hit it? Thoughts opinions on it? I've looked up reviews and they're great. for the most part I swing so much better with a light driver I currently use the taylormade 540 XD it's super light and I get about 280 giver or take 10 yards depending on the hole. However if I hit this driver well I'm wanting to be able to drive 300+ yards. I tried the R1 driver and it's awful for me.
  7. 1st Jason day -11 2nd Rory Mcilroy -10 3rd Ricky fowler -10
  8. I recently got the 2 ball fang putter. I love the feel of this putter but the shipper sent me the 38 inch instead of 35. Nbd I've wanted to try a longer shafted putter anyway. So what I'm asking is what are the pros-cons to having a 38inch putter. Is there a particular reason there that long, like counter balance or something like that? Do I grip it different? And overall what is your personal opinion about them?
  9. Fairly accurate On perfect shots I'm 10ft or less on better days. However my main concerns are that I want to continue to improve. Believe it or not but I 2 years ago I was a bad habit golfer shooting 126 on average, with practice and work I'm shooting 80 and continually dropping. My goal is to compete in the US Amateurs open and go professional. But to do that I need to be hitting my 9 iron 145 I believed. Are those good distances to have? I'd have to say on a really good day I hit a lot of greens in regulation. Closer to 75% maybe higher lower on my bad days.
  10. I currently have the taylormade speedblade set. There graphite nice condition and have treated me very well. However my distance is lacking. For example I only hit my 7 iron about 150 yards. My 9 iron is only about 115-120 on better days. Even my 4 iron is only going about 200 yards. Yet I have graphite shafts. Now my 3 iron is steel and I hit it an easy 230-235. I'm debating on upgrading to the steel shafts or if it's just something in my head. Your opinions on graphite versus steel shaft please. Ty
  11. I decided that I want to become a golf instructor. I feel strongly this is the year to do so. I've seen a class that would allow me to get my certification and a summer class to get fully certified to get myself a pro instructor title. My main question is; is it worth it? Do you need this to be a golf instructor? Would it make me more reputable?
  12. I have a taylormade rocketballz stage two driver and I was wondering if I could just switch the head of it with the r11 driver. I know they both screw on but I do not know if they're the same type of screw. I want to keep the rocket allz shaft if possible.
  13. Solution was I finally found a 3 iron speedblade
  14. I need a three iron for some of the par 5s. I hit my 4 iron well and lower irons are something I tend to feel as comfortable as I do a pitching wedge hitting. The two iron is for the narrower holes where I don't want to risk a error with the driver.
