I love being in the "zone" Last year I played with a couple guys that i usually lose to by 3-5 strokes. But one day during our league I shot 3 under. Best day I've ever had and they signed my scorecard just for proof!

Well I couldn't wait any longer so I called off work last Friday a week in advance because it was supposed to be sunny and warm here in Ohio. Well it was sunny, but only 37 degrees. Decided to still play and just bundle up and double up on the alcohol!

Couldn't have said it better myself. Very annoying to see other pros *cough* that do this. Along with some very nice swear words that you can clearly read lips.

Black Diamond Golf Course. Every single fairway falls towards the woods. Even a straight long drive may not be safe. I don't even have to mention how crazy the greens are.

If you guys are in a greenside bunker, what degree wedge do you prefer? And do you use different wedges for different plays? *please dont respond with sandwedge

Just wondering if others hate the sand as much as me. I will do anything to avoid it. Even if it means much longer puts. I really just need solid practice, and yet never get the oportunity.

I laughed really hard on this one. My father in law does the same thing. Yes I know balls can be expensive but when you blast one into the woods that bad you deserve to lose it.

Thank you for this thread. It really raises awareness of theft at a golf course. I never keep an eye on my stuff, I just assumed people at a golf course already had money. But thanks again, I will be on it this year

Everyone wants to be better than they are. When I get seriously upset about it, all I want to do is play more and Im really upset that I have to go home to my wife and kids and not able to fix the problem right then and there. Other than that. Drink Beer. It makes it more fun after a day is already shot

This is the absolute worst. I have a family member who will shave probably 6-10 strokes in 18 holes off their score. I have called him many many times on it. Some times I let it go because his round is rough. But when he puts a descent 9 together and I am struggling, he becomes a know all tell all and won't quit until I crush him again.

I have a friend who will go off on people that hit anywhere around us. I would understand if this were on purpose, but from my experience, 99% of the time it is completely by accident and the gentlemen are very apologetic.
