I think I have narrowed my new club search down to two set its between Adams A3 w/ Pro Launcher Stiff Graphite shafts or Callawy x18 with cobra hybrid I got a really good recommendation about the adams with the graphite and am back and forth on which ones. The adams will be a little cheaper but what would be best for a 20 handicapper and I am 28 if that helps Thank You

I just hit some Callaway X20 and they felt so nice, is their any big difference between the X18 and X20 or are they pretty similar. X18 are $100 cheaper. Thanks

I am looking to get a new set of clubs could spend up to $600, I have been only playing for 5 months but want to get clubs that will last me years. I was going to get Cobra s9 but a few people said not to, so I am now leaning towards taylor made burner plus combo set with 3,4 hybrid I think their last years model. Would those be a better long term set over the cobras, or what do you suggest. Thank You

Can someone tell me if there is going to be a big difference between the cobra S9 II vs the Cobra SZ? Are they pretty similar clubs or is one better than the other? Only been playing for 2 months. Thanks

I am going to order some cobra s9 II irons and need a little help determining which shaft to get, stiff or regular. I know my swing speed is in the low to mid 70's with a 6 iron but dont know what it is with my driver, when I get good contact or good swing with my driver I hit it about 200-220, I am 27 and athletic if thats has to do with anything. So which would suit me better stiff or regular? Also have only been playing for 2 months.

I went to my first demo day today have only been playing for two months and fell for some cobra s9 irons, and a ping g10 5 wood, I could not believe how far and straight I could hit these compared to my tour edge jmax clubs. One of the vendors for titlelist just kept handing me different clubs and said do not look at what club it is and wow the cobras felt so good even better than titleist forged clubs and the ping 5 wood I was hitting over 225 yard and straight that is farther than I hit my driver. I just got very excited today and now want new clubs anyone else ever have this happen? Demo days are great!

I took my first lesson yesterday and basically spent an hour on proper swing/grip and wow how things work easier when done correctly. Also what type of sand wedge 52,54,56 deg?

I have been putting together my own beginner set since I really liked using tour edge clubs and could not find a full set under $300, is there anything else I need to start? Here's what I bought -Tour edge jmax iron set 3-4 are hybrids, 5-PW -Tour edge geomax driver 10.5 deg -Nike putter -Callaway bag Do i really need a 3 and 5 wood or sand wedge or am I ok with what I have? I went to the driving range for the first time today and used some tour edge jmax clubs and they felt great, the pro said these are great clubs so now thinking of purchasing these what is your thoughts on this set which I think i may go with. (graphite of steel shaft which is better?)

The integra clubs are a standard size not custom fit, he said to wait on custom fit clubs for awhile but he recommended the integra clubs for me, now I am going back and forth from these which Im leaning towards or the adams tight lies set.

I just came back from the custom shop and he told me to wait on custom clubs and he had a set of clubs for about the same price as the others on my list and they were a Integra set, he said they would last me a long time and also a great set. Getting fitted sounds like a good idea, I live really close to a place called morro bay custon golf http://www.morrobaygolf.com/index.html and they have a starter custom set for $300 they are called Custom D17 Diamond Kit 19 Piece ever heard of these? And I am saving some $ for lessons have my first one next week.

I am going to buy my first set of clubs this week and have 3 in mind, which one would you reccomend? 1) Adams 2008 Tight Lies set $250 2) Orlimar Set Black Ice $250 3) Tommy Armour Royal Scot Set $300 4) Any other reccomendations under $300. Are these all relatively similar quality or is thier a big difference between them. Thank You
