Does anyone here use a gps watch? What kind and what do you think?

I had a hole in one on 4/1/17. When I texted my friends about it they said, "April Fools, right?" also, I FINALLY broke 90 on my birthday ... and a bunch of times since then! how does stupid monkey work?

Thank you, it's pretty exciting! I'm fortunate to live in Southern California where I can play all year, and also my job allows me to play several times a week. Also, we moved to a house with a large yard, so I dug a bunker and can practice 35 yard shots and sand shots whenever I want... no excuses!

My 3 wood is 16.5* taylormade aeroburner. My irons are all aeroburner, too, but the hybrid is taylormade RBZ, and it's 22*. I tried out a newer version of the 5H in the store, but I didn't love it.

I am SO much better than a year ago! I was so frustrated with myself a year ago that I nearly quit playing. My handicap index was a 28... now 15.1 trending to 14.8 a few lessons to fix the fatal flaws (mainly my wonky grip) and determination to get better, then a plan of action and lots of action! Easy-peasy! Hahaha, just kidding it’s been a fun process but not at all easy! My goal is single digit by 1/1/19, still ambitious but I must quiet the naysayers...

Great advice, thank you. My hybrid is pretty worn, but it looks like 22 degrees. I'll check out loft and length of a few things and let y'all know!

Thanks for your input, guys! What would the differences be between a wood, hybrid, and iron of the same number? And what would the differences be between say a 4 iron and a 5 wood? you may be amazed at these numbers, but my driver gets about 170 yards max, my 3 wood 150-160, and my 4 hybrid 140-150. next is my 5 iron, which goes 120 if I hit it perfectly. and I have Christmas money to spend!

I played yesterday with my husband and his sons, and I shot an 87, which for me is fabulous! My best hole was the par-5 #15, it's a dogleg left and I was able to cut the corner a bit with my drive, then a beautiful 3-wood, a 9-iron on, and a 7-footer side hill putt for birdie! i love this game!

I'm a high school math teacher turned lawyer turned math tutor... now it's a perfect life!

I have about a 30-yard distance gap between my 4-hybrid and my 5-iron... what options are there for an in-between club? 5 wood, 4-iron, 5-hybrid, something else? What would be advantages of each? thanks!
