  1. I had all of my gear stolen and, my insurance is going to pay for my stuuf minus my extra driver, putter, bug but, it's better than nothing. Anyway, I am confused because both mizuno and, Titleist have new offerings soon and, Should I wait and, get the new mizzy mp58,s or mx300 or, mx 1000's or wait and, get the new titleist irons or, just get a replacement mp52 with proj X shafts and start playing again?
  2. Thanks all for the posts, I really appreciate it. I will try and do exactly what ks8829 laid out. " Thanks for that guide. "very good"
  3. Here's the deal, My equipment was stolen last month and, I am trying to get back into practicing/playing now however, I did not swing a club for about a month and, I am rusty! I find myself hitting behind the ball "YUCK" Playing again with Mp 52's with my current swing / chunky style. is not too much fun the mp52's while forgiving are not meant to be used by a hacker which is what I am playing like. I went from playing well to being a goofy uncoordinated schmuck in 1 month. Any good tips would be appreciated. Should I just think "Ball first Contact"? or, what?
  4. I forgot to mention guys that we only have 2 months to stock up on these wedges before they stop production and switch to the new grooves so, get your quad cut grooves NOW! Also, there is a new hybrid, Hybrid Iron, and, shafts such as the graffalloy axis and steel, TT GS95, FST KBS Tour Please thank Golfaway for helping me by posting this information. Thanks Buddy
  5. They look amazing in person! the 68's and the 58's are serious with the new weighting and 3D sole. I actually passed the pics and info along to Golfaway email - soonadracula@yahoo.com He is going to post the pics for me because I cant post pictures or attachments. "annoying" I am the 1st person to have this information. Also, the wedges will blow your socks off! The "HOT Metal" technology in the mx 1000 irons makes them the longest irons in golf after robotic and, human testing.
  6. I am the first one on the web with this info!!! i love it! I am going to scan and paste the information "Today" I got from the rep yesterday and you guys will be the first to see it. Anyway, the mx-1000 irons use "Hot metal technology" like the mx 700 driver etc... Also, u will see the mx 300 irons and, another iron that I cant remember yet also in the mx line. Then the 3 mp irons and bags etc... I will post this for you guys soon. I was told that he just received his samples yesterday and, I was 1st to see. I guess i really was! Also, the new quad cut wedges are awesome!
  7. I just saw all of the new mizuno equipment at my local pro shop the tour van and, reps where there. Mx 1000 irons with hot metal "WOW! MX 300's, mp68, etc... I have details that I will post
  8. Yes, I am hooking the driver and, I do hit both types of shots both. Sometimes it will appear to go straight and, then ZIP..... to the left like a boomerang or just go left. However, then the next shot will go dead straight perfect! Just when, I think I am back to my usual self and, I tee up the ball on the next tee box to find that I am still doing it. I don't hit slices or, anything to the right just left. "AAGHH"
  9. Hello, Lately, I have been hitting my driver to the left and, I don't mean 270 yards out and, OB. I mean a Banana Ball to the left . I started playing several years ago and, now I am hovering between an 11 and, 14 handicap. I play 4-5 times per week as I am a disabled Vet. I learned to hit my driver first and, it is my strong point and, it is very frustrating. I am "was" using as you can see below in my sig a Burner tp 2009 10.5 R flex/ I think I might need a stiffer flex as my swing speed must have increased since I started?! I am 33 and, RH. Originally, my SS was 80-85 but, that was about 2 1/2 years ago. Please Advise
  10. I actually am the Founder of a Non-Profit Golf organization that uses golf to help Veterans of the Iraq & Afghanistan "Wars" I myself am a veteran and, I if most of the people in this country knew the real truth about the disgusting treatment and, lack of quality competent care that our men and, women are receiving after their return home they would be shocked! We are trying to bring awareness to everyone about PTSD, TBI's, ETc...
  11. Man, you nike guys get heated up at the possibility of even trying another club. I HAVE THE INSIDE TRUTH INTO THE SECRET OF NIKE GOLF'S SUCCESS AND ESPICALLY WHY TIGER WOODS USES THE NIKE LINE. Hahaha! But seriously, I have the real, true information here... Let's start: His driver was handmade in the Ming dynasty by a clubmaker known as "Hotsui Miuma," who spent 3 winters forging the steel while a Bhudist monk incanted the water used in the quenching process. His woods are stock Nike Sasquaches. His irons are forged from an ingot of pure palladium from the bowels of mount Albatross on the Shetland coast. The metal is forged in the presence of 8 virgins, who are sacrificed one by one, each's soul entering the club she has been chosen for. The wedges are RAM, with a Nike swoosh. The putter is formed from the bones of fabled golfers Harry Vardon and Old Tom Morris. The shaft is made from the femur of Walter Hagen. His grips are made from unicorn fur and dragon's scales. The glue used is made from champion racehorses, with diamonds ground into it. Finally, the ball, which is actually a highly compressed material mined by gnomes working on Neptune hired by the CIA. These balls are then blessed Kosher by a Rabbi, and baked for 20 minutes at 350 in an oven once owned by Julia Child.
  12. Is it me or does this question not make any sense?
  13. I would stay away from the Nike VR irons personally. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but, I see how they are selling compared to everything else and, I also see the much higher number of returns compared to other iron Mfg's. Take them for a demo and, see what you think about them! In my personal opinion they are for the "Tiger Woods Wanna Be Crowd" espically the blades..... Hit any other high end companies forged club and, compare it.
