Hi
I would like to know how do I transfer my weight from the top of my backswing to the impact and when do I start to straighten my left knee(I am a right hander) in my downswing.
I read several articles about weight transferring. I found from them that there seemed to be two opposite ways to make it. The one is to do it with upper body, starting turning right shoulder back to where it is at address and making the weight over the right leg. The other one is with lower body, starting turning the hip and straighten left leg press the left feet against the ground independently from the shoulders turning. Therefore, the two ways confused me a lot. Can anyone here let me know which one is better and correct or give your own suggestion for helping me with my backswing.
