Hi Chubbs Got it done in a golf store in Ireland. Was given plenty of time to warm up and hit balls, it was into a net that thefitting was done. Just very wary cause its all new experience to me, dont want to shell out hundreds on clubs which turn out to be completely wrong.

Had my first ever custom fit yesterday, but not sure of the results! Any one able to help? Firstly I was put on a machine which told of my swing speed, spin rates, launch angle and angle of the face through impact. Then I went to another machine linked up to a club via a cable in which the shaft had 90 sensors in it to translate what I did in the swing. Findings in this where- loaded the club very early, very quick downswing, low launch and caused little variance in the shafts shape throughout the rest of the swing. I have always been told by my pro that I am a high ball hitter but this fitter told me I hit low with low launch and would need a butt stiff, tip soft shaft. Does any of this make sense I am baffled as I have never had anything like this done before. Just hoping some of you fitters or golfers with experience in fiiting may be able to help Thanks

Guys can anyone help with this decision? I need new fairway wood (3 or 4 wood) but can't decide between ping i15 or the TEE XCG-V. Is anyone gaming either that can give me an opinion on them. Need help on this one badly!!! Thanks.

I have been reading a lot in the magazines and on here about the Tour Edge Exotic line of woods/hybrids and they seem to get a very good review. Being from the UK they are not a breed of club I have heard much about apart from above said places. Can anyone help me with some info on the TEE lines, I can't seem to find any stores that carry them over here in the UK and getting them through the US is proving to be quite costly. Also whats the difference in XCG and XCG-V models? Is it XCG CB2 or CB3 the model to go for? I am looking for driver and fairway with some forgivness, playability and of course good distance (not looking much I know) Any help would be great and much appreciated thank you in advance

Hi danieldsuh. I play off single figures (UK) ordered myself a set of MP58s, now thinking bout changing them! Fine when you strike them good but when your just off you get very little back. I am thinking more like Mx300s, we dont need to make the game any harder for ourselves! Good luck in your search.

Got a chance today to try the mizuno mp58s. Only had the 5 iron, 7 iron and 9 iron but they were beautys!!! Well worth a try... Ordered a set after playing top class.... ordered mp fli hi 3 and 4 iron mp58 5-pw.

What did you guys think of the shafts in the g15/i15 drivers? The ust in the i15 looks neat but unsure how it woukd perform?

Hi everyone new to the forum today so go easy on me while i settle in!!! Have tried both the vokeys and the Tm's....went for the vokeys bought 3 of them. Just found that i got more out of the vokey in terms of distance, spin was pretty much the same on both.
