Bought a whole 2009 Wilson X-31 set (1w, 3w, 3h, 4h, 5-SW, putter and bag). Then again, I've only been playing two months now and it was cheap.

Thanks for the welcome! It is nice around here and now that I've started noticing all the golf courses, there are loads! You should come back at some time and play them, even the council course in Leamington is pretty good for what you pay. I was a bit worse with carting big stuff around at uni, I had to ferry a Kayak there and back most holidays!

Hi All, Just wanted to introduce myself. I've recently taken up golf (within the past 2 months) after visiting some cousins in Binghamton, NY. I mentioned that I had been down to a driving range a couple of times and they got me onto some courses and now I'm hooked! Got back to the UK and picked up a Wilson X-31 set and have been playing as much as I can at my local municipal. Being a bit of a comp geek and forever bored at work, I've managed to find my way onto here and thought I'd say hello.

Really wasn't interested in golf during Jack's time so I'm going to have to go with Tiger.

Yes, that is a government address here in the UK as it is run by the County Council so the greens are a bit rubbish but overall the course is pretty good! On the 8th Tee, all you can see is the side of a hill raising about 20m up in front of you!
