  1. I listen to music all the time when I play... sometimes it seems to throw other people off b/c it is unheard of for the most part... However, I truly like it... I try not to listen to anything too hard though.
  2. I normally play Srixon AD333 or Bridgestone e6. Lately I have been playing Titleist Pro V1/x and Nike One Tour
  3. I am considering going through GAA program in Phoenix and was looking for some feedback. I would like to become a teaching pro. I have done some research but would like to hear from people who have actually went through their program. I know that there are colleges that offer degree programs, but I already have undergraduate and graduate degrees, so I don't necessarily need the degree. Is it worth it ? I also realize that I would still have to go through the PGA process (if I want too) to teach under their membership. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
  4. Will be heading out to Phoenix And Las vegas in November going into December. I will be staying at the Legacy Golf Resort, anyone ever play it? Comments? Suggestions for other courses in the Phoenix area? I will also be heading to Vegas, any suggestions for there as well?
  5. Lets see, it was last Thursday... I bought an Odyssey White Hot XG #9 Putter, 2 dozen Nike One Tour golf balls, Cleveland CG15 Black Pearl Lob wedge... Looking for a new driver
  6. Good job... I know the feeling... It gets to you to keep doing it...
  7. Iy has been 60+ years since the Olympics has been played with amatuer only athletes. So the reference about the Olympics being about amatuers competeing with sportmenships hasnt truly been true for many years... It is more about sportmenship and compitition on a worl stage then anything else IMHO
  8. has anyone graduated from a Golf Academy of America school? How did you like it ? how was the placement process? Overall thoughts? Compared to a PGM degree program ? I already have undergraduate and grad. degrees so another 4-5 years seems too much for me ? any thoughts would be appreciated...
  9. I am currently a student... after a decade of working for Uncle Sam traveling to countries, playing with guns, I felt it was time for a new career.(Uncle Sam's choice, medical retirement) Looking to get into the golf industry as a teaching pro...
