I think what you experienced was the guy was trying to get you there knowing that that once you showed up, you would play no matter what. My question to you is.....Did you end up playing after all?

I played well, but still not enough. Trying to stay commited to at least once a week. Haven't gotten my holein one yet. There's always next year.

You can't compare these two. Its like comparing A-Rod with Babe Ruth. Its a different time, different equipment and different competition. Its fun to ask the question but you need to qualify your answer every time. Tiger now, Jack then. Makes for fun discussions still Gerry
