  1. if you are just going to go to the range for awhile and work on things a $100 set might work for you, but if you plan to get more involved and play more often, I would suggest maybe 1 or 2 lessons and get professionaly fit for your clubs. It may seem like a lot of money for just starting but if you plan to continue golfing (and getting better!) you want whats going to work best for your particular swing, for example shaft flex, bounce angle, and grips.
  2. I am looking to buy some fairway woods, possibly used but need to get some opinion on what to look for. i am not rich, or I would probably go with something like the R7's. I usually go with a Taylor Made product but wonder if I should try something else.
  3. yeah I think you are right, I am just wondering if its worth the money.
  4. has anybody bought this system? if so does the fundamentals and drills actually help? the ad guarantees that after reading the material and applying it (w/practice of course) that you will drop shots and eventually break 80 consistantly. I was just wondering if any body has tried it yet. Also let me know of any other "self-instruction" materials that have worked for ya.
  5. as far as drivers go, I would check out some of the high end models, but in the used section so you won't break the bank until you are sure that you are going to stick with it. but the best thing to improve your game is to take a couple of lessons, and get professionaly fitted for a driver that will maximize distance and accuracy for YOUR swing type.
  6. good one! ont have any jokes to tell that you probably haven't heard already, but cant wait to tell these!! any more?
  7. ok to look at but not quite tongue drop material.
