Last Saturday on #6 uphill par 4 w/ blind green hit my drive 290. Leaving me 105 to a back pin. Hit the 52deg to about 12 inches long and it had to of spun back right past the hole cause I eneded up w/ a 4 footer uphill straight in birdie.

The reason I am not looking at a 5 wood is i think a hybrid will fill the yardage gap with more versatility.

I hit the 3wood about 240 and the 19deg 3 hybrid 210.

I need a Hybrid in the 16 or 17 deg variety to fill a yardage gap. My question is to you guys out there that are hitting one of these and if you could just give a honest answer of what you think of the one you have in your bag, anything that might steer me in the right direction. I am not Brand Biased but I have a like for things TM and PING. Thanks

I have an OGIO Vaporlite Bag and it has the WOODE Club system, If you haven't seen one check it out. It has 4 slots down the right side of the bag for woods and hybrids and then a small section at the top w/ stand deployed for your putter, then 3 even slots down the left for long irons on top then middle irons w/ wedges on the bottom. I love the way the bag carries and when I set it down it, Ilove the way it presents the clubs to me. Check one out.

I carry a 5 wood PING G5 but never hit it. I use a choked 3wood and/or a muscled up 19 deg hybrid to fill the distance gap as this is not ideal I am in the market for a 17 or 16 deg hybrid. I think tis will smooth out this area of my game.

I am going crazy with this weather. I need to smack the little white ball. This is the time of year I always realize how addicted I am to the game.

played 3 club tourny. took my 19 deg hybrid, 8 iron, putter. I had a nasty 20 yard chip over a bunker to green that ran hard away down to the cup. I laid open the 8 iron and flopped it to about 3 feet I was pretty impressed with myself.

I was 7 years old when Jack won the Masters in 86' and I remember my father saying to me something about there never being a greater golfer or champion then Jack. I still believe the Champion part for now but the golfer part is wrong now with Tiger and what he is capable of on a golf course. Tiger > Jack on the course, Jack > Tiger as a Champion.
