  1. Nicklaus course @ Reunion. Close 2nd is OCN's Panther Lakes.
  2. I'm not a big links guy, but CG and OCN's Crooked Cat are 2 good ones. I prefer Panther Lakes course @ OCN, but agree with previous posts: it was in horrible condition in Jan'10. Presuming better shape by now, it's "must play". I've also frequented Reunion (resort) - formerly private, now public, albeit pricey. Reunion has Watson & Palmer (both v. nice) courses, but the jewel there is their Nicklaus course: IMO much nicer layout/challenge than it's near next door neighbor, CG. Also worth considering: Celebration GC (in that neighborhood) which is fun layout for cheap ($50-ish) now. Enjoy it.
  3. small biz owner & retirement consultant for a private client: me.
  4. I'm fortunate to have seen both Tiger & Jack in their prime, in Jack's case from my bird's-eye perch atop the 13th leaderboard as a marshal at the 1980 PGA at Oak Hill. Both great players, but electricity Jack created at Oak Hill (shot 66-69 on weekend to win by 7), and the epic '86 Masters... well, that's for Tiger to out-do too, as well as Jack's 18 majors. Tiger just may, but my memories of "JACK IS BACK" thundering through Oak Hill back in '80 will never be trumped.
  5. I second ChrissZ's view on Tour Edge Exotics 3w... my 15* CB2 is long, true and easy, giving even a hi-cap like me a shot at the 510-25 par 5s. Mine also often doubles as driver on tight tracts or when my D confidence sags. TEE CB2 & CB3 worth your consideration.
