The DG X100 shaft will make you hit the ball lower and will have a tendency to make the ball go right. All depends on what you are trying to achieve with your ball flight. If you think you hit it a good height at the moment stick with what you've got, if you tend to hook the ball maybe you'd be better using the X100's. Also depends on whether or not you like to feel as though you're really having to swing hard through the ball... My advice is go to be custom fit at the factory

Els started using the new irons last week, and though it is unusual to change irons that quickly it is official.

Play what works for you. Davis Love has a heavier swingweight in his driver than in his irons. Arron Oberholser doesnt. I wouldnt argue with either of them.

Kenny G is a very low handicapper if Im not mistaken, so he obviously strikes the ball well, hence lots of backspin

If you aim the leading edge of the clubface at the target and swing from out to in you will slice it, not fade it.

the most important thing you want to lign up to the right are your shoulders, not your feet. Most amateurs stand to the ball with a closed stance and open shoulders.

try using a PW or a 9 iron when you are 100 yards in and I'm sure you will become more consistent.
