Mine came today on a 450 yard Par 5 at my home course. Tee shot is 215 yards to water or 275 over teh water(uphill). I played it safe and hit my tee shot(an easy 5 wood) about 205 yards, just short of the water. So I was about 235 or so out and I hit my 3 wood to within 2 foot of the pin for a tap in eagle, don't get too many of those!

I would love to see somebody knock Brock out, flying mouthpiece and all. He's good, but who the heck can just walk into the UFC and get a Title shot their 3rd fight!!?? Whatever happened to giving us some free fights? I can't recall the last time there was a "Fight Night Live" or something, but there are plent of Pay Per Views

So UFC fans, can anybody beat Brock? I know he's an arrogant Pri*k, but heck, you gotta admit he's one bad dude. Just wondering if anybody out there thinks anybody has a legitimate chance at beating him. And yes, I know Frank Mir beat him in his first fight, but give me a break, Brock was very green in the sport and the world of jujitsu...

I have worked out for about 10 years now, I started in high school to prep for the military and kept it up in the military for the ladies and now I just do it so I don't turn to flab. I'm pretty pumped though, just bought a bowflex that has barely been used from a guy at work for $250, and you can tell by looking at him it hasn't been used.

I shot 4 under on the front today just to shoot 4 over on the back to end up with an even 72...

I think most of this argument is pretty silly being that if it weren't for the "American Guns" these clowns would typing in German, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean or some language other than English. Hoorah for firearms and Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than my gun!!

I have a funny gun toting story here: When I was in the military I was stationed in Rapid City, South Dakota. I lived off base in an apartment and my garage slot was about 200 yards from my apartment entrance. Anyways, I had a concealed carry and always packed my Glock .40, not because I'm paranoid, but because I'm smart and I could! So one night as I was turning the corner(true story folks), a drunk Native American met me at the corner wih a Jason Voorhies mask and a hockey stick and hollered and screamed something I could not interpet. I just pulled my shirt tail up and said, "that's cute, this is what I carry." Needless to say, he left!

Just wondering if anybody has used these wedges. They have them on Rockbottomgolf.com right now for 69.99 for the gap, sand, and lob wedge. Any info would be appreciated.

I had a one over 73 today. Didn't keep up with the fairways and greens hit and all that jazz. I did have 3 birdies, 12 pars, 2 bogeys and 1 double(hit a sprinkler head on my second shot and the ball shot about 40 yards over in the rough, a good golfer never runs out of excuses!!)

You ever play arrowhead around Cadiz? I've been considering it. I played Novadell right outside Hopkinsville Tuesday, that's a nice course if you enjoy links style golfing.

The chippers I'm referring to are designed to be used about 10 yards or less of the green, they have about the same loft as a 7 iron but look like a putter(with loft that is); but with bandits you maybe able to use them about 6.5-13 yards off the green because... THEY ARE 30% LOOOONNNNGGEEERRRRR

I've only found one, and have since lost it, but you can find them all over Ebay

I don't go out "huntin" for them, but if I see one I definitely don't pass it up, that's the only way I get ProV's!

In case anyone is interested, I went and played a quick nine today and hit the "Bandit" golf ball that I found. And now for the results...drumroll please: It indeed goes farther. The carry wasn't much farther but the thing rolls forever. I guess its because it weighs a little more. Like I said, they're not USGA legal, but if you're just out having fun, you might oughtta give them a try. Heck, those little chippers people use are illegal too!

Time for a lesson?...perhaps, or maybe it's just golf. Brush it off and go back and play good again. I hate having a bad round unless I can get another round in soon because it really affects you mentally, at least it does me.
