  1. sun block with bug spray and cigars usually works for me. or stay on the lake shore courses, too much wind for bugs to be an issue
  2. I live on a nine hole course and almost every night in the summer I jump the fence at 930 and hit till 11 when its dark i can still hit anything from a 5 iron (180) down and know for certain where the ball is going. after 30 mins of being in the dark i can see the ball landing on the green and checking up from 150 in. I'm a 14.4 so not that great, and dont have super human vision, so i would definitely not go anywhere near this bet for two reasons (1) good chance hes played at night before to make the bet and (2) if I can mess around at night and not lose more than one ball every week or so can he at a 6 handicap
  3. As an all in experience I don't know how you can beat Arcadia Bluffs, one of the most beautiful places in Michigan. Some of my favorites Up North would have to be Hidden River, The Bear at GTR, the Boyne courses, and to go out with buddys for a good time on an OK course Little Traverse Bay. In Metro Detroit/ East Lansing Area: Sheppard's Hollow is great and contrary to a previous post Ive never had any problems there (except for lost balls and scores), Field Stone in Auburn Hills is decent, if you can get on at the DGC or OHCC dont pass, Eagle Eye and Forest Akers West are great courses, best value courses Rackhem (Hackem) is a Donald Ross munni course by the Detroit Zoo and up in EL College Fields is a poorly timed housing development course that is really cheap semi decent course... but yeah i love golf and saving money so ill pretty much go anywhere with a good twilight rate.
  4. To break 80 for the first time To play a total of 50 rounds To Walk 18 at least once a week And to get my handicap somewhere between 9 and 12
  5. Gotta love trying to be a student, I guess I could say being in college is a full time job.
