  1. I thought it was awesome for the Rangers and Giants when they both closed out the conference series striking out both of the "best"/power hitters on the team! (Yanks-ARod & Phils-RHoward). Who would have thought we would have a Rangers/Giants WS!!
  2. I agreed with everything you said UNTIL you called JDS the champ! Come on MAN!! JDS couldn't finish Nelson (props to Nelson). JDS only has boxing and bjj, which we haven't even seen. Cain will steam roll over JDS. His dominate wrestling and striking will be too much for JDS! FACT!
  3. Heavyweight Champion: Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez Welterweight: Jake Shields vs. Martin Kampmann Welterweight: Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago Light Heavyweight: Tito Ortiz vs. Matt Hamill Heavyweight: Brendan Schaub vs. Gabriel Gonzaga Middleweight: Court McGee vs. Ryan Jensen Middleweight: Patrick Cote vs. Tom Lawlor Welterweight: Mike Guymon vs. Daniel Roberts Lightweight: Sam Stout vs. Paul Taylor Middleweight: Chris Camozzi vs. Dongi Yang Heavyweight: Jon Madsen vs. Gilbert Yvel
  4. Another UFC fight this coming weekend, and it will be a PPV event. Brock Lesnar defends his Heavyweight Championship belt against Cain Velasquez in the main event. Many more notable fighters on this card displayed below. Heavyweight Champion: Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez Welterweight: Jake Shields vs. Martin Kampmann Welterweight: Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago Light Heavyweight: Tito Ortiz vs. Matt Hamill Heavyweight: Brendan Schaub vs. Gabriel Gonzaga Middleweight: Court McGee vs. Ryan Jensen Middleweight: Patrick Cote vs. Tom Lawlor Welterweight: Mike Guymon vs. Daniel Roberts Lightweight: Sam Stout vs. Paul Taylor Middleweight: Chris Camozzi vs. Dongi Yang Heavyweight: Jon Madsen vs. Gilbert Yvel Submit your predictions!
  5. Here are my predictions: Main Card Middleweight bout: Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Michael Bisping Welterweight bout: Carlos Condit vs. Dan Hardy Welterweight bout: John Hathaway vs. Mike Pyle Heavyweight bout: Travis Browne vs. Cheick Kongo Welterweight bout: Claude Patrick vs. James Wilks Preliminary Card Light-heavyweight bout: Cyrille Diabate vs. Alexander Gustafsson Heavyweight bout: Rob Broughton vs. Vinicius Kappke de Quieroz Light-heavyweight bout: Steve Cantwell vs. Stanislav Nedkov Lightweight bout: Mark Holst vs. Paul Sass Lightweight bout: Spencer Fisher vs. Kurt Warburton Light-heavyweight bout: Fabio Maldonado vs. James McSweeney
  6. Another UFC event has come, and this one doesn't really look like it will live up to fight card expectations. This event will take place in London @ the O2 Arena! The complete fight card will air on SpikeTV on the 16th, but with the fights being in London, it will not be a live feed. The pre-recorded fights mean that if you look on major MMA sites, you will get to see the results before even watching the fights! Kind of a buzz kill... With the card being mediocre, at best, it is a good thing it will be free! Here is what the fight card look like: Main Card Middleweight bout: Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Michael Bisping Welterweight bout: Carlos Condit vs. Dan Hardy Welterweight bout: John Hathaway vs. Mike Pyle Heavyweight bout: Travis Browne vs. Cheick Kongo Welterweight bout: Claude Patrick vs. James Wilks Preliminary Card Light-heavyweight bout: Cyrille Diabate vs. Alexander Gustafsson Heavyweight bout: Rob Broughton vs. Vinicius Kappke de Quieroz Light-heavyweight bout: Steve Cantwell vs. Stanislav Nedkov Lightweight bout: Mark Holst vs. Paul Sass Lightweight bout: Spencer Fisher vs. Kurt Warburton Light-heavyweight bout: Fabio Maldonado vs. James McSweeney Submit your predictions for the fights now!
  7. This series should go long! 6 or 7 games, and all close ones! I want the Rangers to win, but I can't say which way it will go for sure! They were 4-4 during the regular season, so it is pretty evenly stacked as said above! What did you guys think about the Rangers supporting Hamilton by spraying Ginger Ale instead of Champagne? Ron Washington is a "class act"!

    UFC 119: Sept 25

Yeah, to many fighter go "the smart" route for fights instead of doing what the fans love. There are very few fighters that are willing to stand and swing now. Especially with all these wrestlers that just have takedowns, then use the "lay and pray" to squeek out a win...

    UFC 119: Sept 25

Looks like newtogolf got the best of us in this weak main event card!
  10. I'm a normal guy. 6'2" 205lbs. Nothing special! Enjoy MMA and other sports. Own a forum for MMA talk (mmafans.net)! College student studying Management Information Systems (MIS)... If you were wondering, my username refers to AP! The great Arnold Palmer!
  11. Yeah, Garret Gilbert will be a great QB in about another year or so but I have no high expectations for him this year!
  12. Yeah, I just had to say that! Tebow is an excellent player and person! I would like to see him win in Denver, or get traded to another team for the starting position in a couple years!
  13. I love seeing Tebow cry. That is all I can say! haha How do you guys think the UT (University of Texas) Longhorns look and what will be their outcome? I think there is a solid base and major potential for the future of Longhorn football, I just don't think my team has enough experience this year...

Yes! Jose Aldo is a great fighter that could move to various different weight classes! I would love to see him compete in the UFC! I think he could take down the big names in the 155 weight class!

I'm sure he will have more fights against guys in the LHW division...I'm hoping for a Jon Jones/ A.Silva fight in the future! I think Jones could bring a whole new kind of fight to Silva. Especially with his wrestling and unpredictable style of fighting!
