  1. i use oobgolf to keep track of score, fairways, playable drives, tee off club, approach shot hit/miss, and total putts. It works great but i recommend keeping track of only a few stats at once.
  2. I would say the most important thing is know your ability and don't get too overly upset when you do hit a bad shot. You say you shoot 45-48 in practice so I would say don't get frustrated and just try to do what you normally do.
  3. that sounds horrible...
  4. Congrats! It is what it is... no need to be modest
  5. Get a coach that will take you on the course and watch you play for at least 9 holes.
  6. this. just set up less and less rounds with him.
  7. hahahaha.. i hope this never happens to me
  8. I also recommend oobgolf and golfshot
  9. I don't see a problem as long as you give them a polite heads up, "hey, i'm going to jump ahead.. need to be elsewhere at x:xx. nice playing with you."
  10. I would imagine teenagers attending a golf event is from a well off family. Easy access to alcohol.. so time to get crunked!
  11. Have some common courtesy and be polite to other people and no one will bother you about playing bad. Don't be ashamed of playing with random strangers... it is pretty easy to get along as you will be spending a good amount of time with them with a common interest.
  12. How close do you think you are portrayed on the show to your normal personality and demeanor?
  13. Yes! Tottaly agree with this, why put yourself in a rush when you pay the same rate. I am alright with slow pace if the course is crowded, but all golfers should be educated to let faster groups go ahead at appropriate times.
