thanks, and yea because of the grooves
  3. I was wondering if a 13 year old division would not allow cg15 wedges? anyone know?
  4. SRIXON AD333! this ball is like hitting a z-star, or watever you want to say. This ball gives You A HUGE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. at least try these balls!
  5. thats what i was thinking too, thanks Jonah
  6. consider a setup more like 60, 56, 50/52, and a pitching wedge
  7. I am looking at new putters now, and I really want a high-quality, long-lasting putter. I was really looking for a milled face. I found two putters that i really hit well: The Scotty Del Mar, and The Odyssey tour series #9. I currently have a Rossie blade, and can tolerate how it plays, it just doesn't feel like it pops off the face, like a milled face, and I don't putt very well with it. it kind of is like a club that i just don't really value having in my bag, like i should. The odyssey was my initial thought, and I hit it very well. It would be a great replacement, and they have a demo'd one right now that doesn't have a scratch on it at my local golf mart. The scotty kind of appeals to my inner putter "Snob" but it also hit the ball very clean, and i like the adjustable weight feature. Also, I have heard that they retain value well, and can be sold off up to 10 years down the road. 8. look into investing a good chunk of that for a putter, a milled face will last you a lot longer than an insert, or any other club in your bag, so you should make sure to be comfortable with it.
  9. tried one today, good price on a milled face, couldn't feel the difference between that and a Scotty Cameron almost at all.
  10. look at the callaway ft-iz... my frieng got one, and it improved his accuracy, and distance by about thirty yards... worth the money to upgrade the shaft to a VooDoo, or something of the sort.
