  1. Hi 1putt2win, Because your still a 'newbie' member, you have restrictions on your account. There are some things you have to do before you have access. Check out the post 'Newbie User Group' under Announcements and Tech support for the details. (Sorry I don't know how to link other posts)
  2. lol... what do you guys think of these casual/athletic shoes for 'fancier' clubs? does anyone really care? I'm not going to any really posh exclusive clubs.
  3. Thanks David, I did try these on, and while most of the shoe was comfortable, I found it was way too tight along the top of my foot. Too bad, they are a great price.
  4. lol, I was always pretty good at it, although now I have some trouble on the green! go figure!
  5. Hi Guys and Gals, I'm very new to the game, I had a donation set of clubs given to me last year with a bag, which turned out to be juniors, needless to say, I've bought nice new 7pc set of ladies clubs. I've got most everything I need now, but shoes/apparel. I've been to Golf Town a few times, but I get so confused about the shoes, I try them on, the sizes are weird, they hurt my feet or don't fit properly. My other concern, is that I will be moving to Scotland in 2 months, and I want to make sure whatever I get it going to be appropriate for the course (ie: no running/athletic type shoes??). I've kinda 'cheeped out' on the stuff I've bought so far, just because I'm new at it, but shoes that I'm wearing all day - no chance. Also, if anyone has some advice for appropriate ladies apparel- I would really appreciate the input. Thanks so much Samm
  6. Hello Everyone! Well, I'm pretty new to playing golf. I always loved mini-putt and going to the driver range when I was younger, but never actually played. Last year I had a set of clubs given to me and I went out to play a 9 hole - now I'm hooked! The set, I found out after playing with them a few times, are juniors and much to small for me (I'm 5'2") so I finally went out and bought myself a nice 7pc ladies set. Anyways, great forum!
  7. Just because I've never really seen Jack play, I'd vote Tiger
  8. I don't have a home course per say...but since I'm new I've only played the 9 hole at Camisle in Burlington http://www.camislegolf.com/
  9. I work as a admin/coordinator for a company that deals with ships all over the world.
