Golf clubs exposed to leak in home during vacation

Three weeks ago, I left my college dorm for vacation. I just got back, only to find that there was a leak and it completely drenched my golf clubs + bag. This means that my golf gear (all Titleist clubs + my custom bag) has been exposed to a large amount of water for at most 3 weeks. My hybrid/wood/driver/putter all have headcovers on them, so they are super wet beyond belief by now but my irons do not have headcovers on them.

I know from experience that playing golf on a couple rainy days can cause my wedges + putter to rust a lot, but I would like to know if there is more permanent damage that I should worry about (grips, the bag itself, other clubs, etc.). Will my clubs be completely okay once I dry them and remove the rust? Should I replace any clubs or bag? The organization in the dorm room said that they would try to replace any damaged stuff that "cannot be washed normally", so I would like a couple opinions.
