I have Mizuno T-zoid Blue rage #3 wood in my bag. Is it worth to upgrade Blue rage to F-60? Thanks!

i know NOTHING about the t-zoid, however, i do have an F-60 4 wood that i use from time to time. its a good club. very solid, feels good, average length. i mean, there is nothing exceptional about it, but its a very good club that i have no complaints with. especially since i got it BRAND NEW for $52

meh both your current 3 wood and the new f-60 are solid clubs. it's up to you as to what you want in your bag but i would say there's no reason to upgrade unless you feel like treating yourself to something nice.
In the bag:
983k 9.5° YS-6 graphite shaft driver
F Speed LD Mens 3 Wood 15.5° Graphite Design Tour AD YS Stiff
2H 18° Baffler Pro with Fukijura Speeder Stiff Graphite Shaft
3H 20° Baffler Pro DCi irons 4-PW + S Rosa putter

The technology hasn't changed much in fairway woods. I would say if you are happy, save your money. My 5 wood is 5 years old and I hope to have it for another 10.

I have an f60 3 wood in 15 degrees because I wanted a wood with good carry and a soft landing. The head is a massive improvement on my previous Taylormade burner (the bubble shaft from the 90's not the new Sergio style ones) which is the same sort of age as your Mizuno blue rage.

As I had it explained to me when I tested a few the f60 head has a titanium crown which puts the weight on the sole of the club. The head is a really good size in my opinion, I can't remember the blue rage but the previous T-zoid woods I have used have two "tracks" down the sole, so the f60 probably sits lower behind the ball.

I have found result of this is I strike it more like a hybrid then my old 3W, the ball gets up quickly out of every lie, I can hit it comfortably out of all sorts of lies including almost everything but the heavy rough. I hit my f60 perfectly 99% of the time (so much so, that I often hit it with varying amounts of power on par 3's down to about my 5 iron length) but I think this is the improvement in the shaft over old club's.

I bought this 12 months ago when it was £99 new, I think the price is about 3/4 of this now so it would definitely be worth the money in my opinion.

    • It's miles better, though.
    • Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.
    • Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
    • Day 1 - 2025-12-20 Starting a new streak, of at least 1. With rain dumping for the next week in the north bay area, I'll be a lot of outdoor net work and maybe some putting. About 10 minutes of 7 iron work, focused on the usuals: weight transfer, keeping hands behind me. I'll have more time in the coming days for video review and maybe some Hack Motion.
