ok went for a lesson on sat and found out why im slicing. Im throwing my hips open just as i start my down swing so the club face is going through the ball open. And drills i can do to learn to slow my body down and let my hands catch up?

OK, I'll take a shot at it... I take my lead foot (right since I am left handed) and turn it in about 10 or 15 degrees at address. This stance will not let me turn my hips as much and consequently, lets me get my upper body around while holding my hips at bay. After I get the feeling of the proper sequence, I move my foot back and hit more balls. If the slice returns, I do it all over again. Try it and see if it works for you.
