Never encountered this before as I will be taking my daughter to the course for the first time but will her small bag fit on the golf cart?  Is there a special way to strap it on?

Using the strap on the cart will hang the bag too high for my 4 year old.  In that setup he accesses his clubs from within the cart over the back.  That works until I take a driver to the head when I am not paying attention.

Well at least this wasn't as stupid a question as I originally thought.  Didn't know if they had "booster chairs" for the bag (lol) so it would line up with the strap or what.  Bungie cord may end up being the answer or get used to getting banged in the head with the driver.

You could try strapping it in on the drivers side with your bag. That's what we have to do for some of the Juniors bags at the course I work at.
