My first time out on the range after I got my cast and brace off, I could barely swing the club and anything I hit went maybe 50 yards max - I seriously gave consideration to trying to learn to play left handed. You have to give it time and do A LOT of forearm strength training - my doc told me that if you have a wrist injury, the best thing you can do is build up strength in your forearms to offset the stress and build up power in your swing.

Well, I arrived home from work today to find the 50 and 56 degree CG12's that I ordered. I had to try them out, so I fired up the P3Pro Swing in my hitting bay, and took about 20 swings hitting off a small tee. I decided to try a few directly off the mat, and to my surprise, I felt very little pain. I even steepened my swing on a few to test the limits, and still no pain.

I'm hoping that I've turned a corner, and mught be able to play again within a week or two!
