Why are there special point systems for choosing the Ryder Cup and President's Cup teams? Why not use world rankings?

Because OWGR lags back two years and maybe they want hotter players by using more recent events?

Actually, the International Presidents Cup team[i]is[/i] determined by the World Ranking, as are half of the automatic qualifiers for the European Ryder Cup team.

      Yeah I’ve tried it but I don’t feel very comfortable doing it like that. Isn’t there like a website where I can do it so it’s safer?? I got scammed one time on FBM so I don’t trust it.

      Day 200 3-4 Wider back swing, arms up a bit higher, and added in some flow work to start getting a since of a full swing. Still focusing on arching wrist through downswing.

      It's going to be very difficult for the 2026 Masters to match the 2025 edition for storyline. I honestly don't know that anyone else in the field could match the story of Rory finally winning after so many years and the blow ups over the years, not to mention the career slam being completed. No one this year that I can think of is remotely close to that kind of story.
