Hey everyone,

I'm planning on taking my dad down to the US Open down at Chambers Bay this year and I was just looking for a bit of advice as far as the best way to go about getting the best out of the weekend.  We've got Saturday and Sunday tickets locked up already but have yet to book a hotel or figure out the best way to get around for the weekend.  We're driving down from White Rock, BC, Canada.  Neither of us have really experienced a PGA Tour event and I just want to make sure we experience it to the fullest.  So, long story short I was just curious as far as whether or not anyone knows whether there will be shuttles to the local hotels (Most hotels are running about $500 a night for that weekend so we were looking more towards SeaTac) or if public transportation is the way to go.  Also, if anyone has any advice on things we need to do or see while we are at the tournament or any insider information, any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Jeremy
