Been using them for a few months now, they do get a green tint to them but clean up pretty well with warm water and some simple green. ( 409 works well also but I like the simple green better because it is more Eco friendly )

Apparently that is now anybody with a couch ,tv and a computer.. Lol

Paddy said, "If I'd called a referee over it would have been pointless because if he'd asked me where my ball was I'd have said it was there. As far as I was concerned it didn't move." camo sez, Welcome to the new tv game show, "DQ a Pro" Tv golf ratings should start to increase once the college kids turn it into a drinking game. Watching golf on tv used to be for golfing enthusiast , now it can be marketed to the MTV crowd, sit around and watch all the while looking for the slightest infractions so you can call in and get on espn highlights.

I guess my claim wasn't so wild after all...... How many more tv DQ do you think we will get this year ? I still for see the whole thing getting much more out of hand and becoming much more prevalent. This is just the start.

Have You Ever Written to a Magazine (Or Been Tempted To)?

Dear Penthouse, I can't believe it happened to me ............. Doh, wrong magazine. Lol -
Quinn, As a professional marketing executive myself I am in complete agreement with you. It is a huge peeve of mine. Especially when you read the fine print and they throw in a limiting disclaimer.

NO I have not , I just finished it last night. Are you suggesting that white paint has a higher specific gravity then black ? I don't think that the white paint job is any thicker then the black one but I didn't measure so I can't say for certain. -
It is not impossible because it is a matter of personal opinion. All that is required is for you to have an opinion based on whatever critera is important to you. It is a simple opinion poll, not a scientifically based universal law of the universe. For me Jack is the greatest of them all. tiger would be further down my top 10 list somewhere. But that's just my opinion. I bet if every golfer in the country were to vote on it, tiger would win the vote.

my story ? or is that what tailor-made is pitching ? the only ads I have seen for the R11 is Tv commercial with that song that sticks in your head....one of these things is different then the other....your so smart...... lol my wife sez ...if she hears that one more time she is unplugging the TV. ( fawk the commercial just came on as I am typing this reply ) As for the white Ghost putter, I love the white and yes I think it aids in alignment. -

but make no mistake guys, i did it just because I thought it would look cool and didn't want to wait for the R11 to replace my FUBAR R9 . the skyrocket marks on mine were driving me nuts. the whole swing path contrast thing is just an idea I had...we will see how it works out -

it happens to fast....... I recall reading something about impact happening in 3 milli seconds or something like that. anyhow, not saying it will let you see impact, just hopping the color contrast allows me to see the swing path a little easier through impact. just an idea that made sense to me when i was thinking about one day while putting with my ghost putter. I am sure if it is some sort of benefit we will see Taylormade extolling the virtue of a white driver in their marketing hype of the R11. given the nature of golf equipment marketing I am sure they will come up with some reason why you will hit the ball 10 yards further as well. lol I can see the advertisements now, the white head looks lighter and your neuro sensory input will tell the muscular control center of the brain it is lighter and allow you to increase your swing speed by x factor......our scientist say so........LOL -

I guess I will find out when I swing it. But I predict it shows up better then black What I am hoping for is a tracer of sorts of the milliseconds that the club head passes through the point of impact. Be nice to have a better visual indicator of the swing path. Obviously that is not going to allow for a change of the current ball being hit, but would be an additional indicator of the swing path allowing you to see your inside out or outside in path. If the white contrast against green for some reason doesn't show up better, well then it just looks cool.....lol -

No you have it all wrong, I bought the bag to match the ghost putter, and the head covers to match the bag, of course once I found the shoes it tied the whole ensemble together. Lmao. -

Not sure about doing the R in white but since it is easy to do I guess I can see if I like it. I think I am going to paint fill the TaylorMade in white tonight so i might give it a try -
The main reason I am excited for the release of the new R11 driver is because I love the finish on my Rossa Ghost. The white really does show up great. I have to believe that a white driver swing past your eyeball at 100+ mph would also show up better. So aside from what ever technology improvements really or imagined that the new R11 may be touting the main reason I want one is the color. well it dawned on me. My relatively new R9 fine, just has a few skyrocket marks on it. Why not paint it ghost white and see how I like swinging the driver in that color. My Ghosted R9 is color matched Rossa Ghost white. ( dang, just uploaded the pics and they look horrible, over exposed cell phone pics I will have to retake the pics at home with my good camera )

Appleby interview , he is gaming the 2 ball putter he bought in the pro shop last week after his "59" putter went missing. He said it was good enuff to shoot 8 birdies with last week, good enuff to give him the lead today. Who needs a limited edition custom built tour putter ? Apparently not steve. LOL That is pretty ballzy to leave your fav stick out of the bag and go with a off the shelf setup and come out on day one in the lead.
