  1. I think they should force the top guys to play more and have a rotation that they have to play evry tour stop at least once every 5 years
  2. I was lucky enough to be in the Jacksonville FL area for the last 5 days and managed to get in 5 rounds. 87, 83, 89, 77, and a 47/36 = 83 11 shots better on the back was a nice way to finish
  3. You are right about that. Golf shoes do not size out the same as regular shoes. In Nike I wear a 13 shoe and a 11.5 golf shoe. there was a story once that when they tour rep measured John Daly that he was wearing a size 12 but needed a size 9
  4. I only have it with an antenna and it's awsome when it comes through consistantly. Unfortunatly HD on antenna is all of nothing
  5. if you want to straighten a draw you need to put a fade bais into the driver so start with heavy in the toe and work your way back with the lighter ones. I have a natural fade and have done the opposite and it worked well
  6. I have to say that until about 5 years ago there was only hit it as hard as possible. Now that my kids are playing and trying to swing as hard as possible I have been able to see the errors of my ways. Take more club, slow down, keep the ball in play and it's all fairways and greens. Remamber it's not how, it's how many.
  7. You've seen tin cup haven't you? In your mind it will always be the club. Go back to your old ones for a week and the new ones will be fine.
  8. It's always the clubs fault
  9. My wife thinks I'm crazy, I have about 65 putters. I'm into Scottys, TP Mills and the napa, 8802 blade style classics.
  10. Do you go through putters like drivers? I'm a Scotty collector and would be happy to deal direct.
  11. I think you are reffering to "tour van" clubs that you see on ebay. I'm pretty sure those clubs are put together with the specific grip and shaft and bent to the specifications of the individual player who is going to try it. Those may not have any magic for you, but for the guy they were made for they do.
  12. The V2 is preety tip stiff, I've got it in the 13* 906f. tough to hit the ball high but smokes it low and long
  13. I like buying stuff myself but I preffer to wait until you trade in your R and I'll trade in my T and next year or fall I'll trade the R for the 907d2 when you trade it in for the next $400 club. keep swinging!
  14. Do you like the x77 bag? I saw one the other day and I'm tempted to replace the hoofer
  15. the best buy for quality is the nike one black and platinum 2006 $30 a doz
  16. reshaft the R5 or go for a Titleist off the trade in rack. Let someone else hit it 15 times and get half his money back and you get a steal.
  17. I get new sticks all the time and try everything out there. The set I play right now are Mizuno MP-33 with regular shafts. I've always played stiff. Get on a swing analizer and find out what shaft fits your swing best and then it won't matter that much what head is on them. Except for your head of course you have to love the look. Get over the macho part and find the shaft fits and works for you. 18. I have started collecting Scotty Camerons and TP Mills vintage putters. I've got about 50 and my wife says I should go back to collecting the logo balls. Much cheaper.
